Ryukyu and her group smash through the ceiling of the shie hassaikai stronghold
Ben has only recently timed out making him next to useless
"Take care of nighteye!" Midoriya exclaims rush toward eri
but before he can Eri is blasted up by one of Echohauls pillars.
but as Ben looks at Chiskai something seems..... off....
he's visibly straining to use his quirk as the Omnitrix on his chest continues speaking in its distorted unintelligible speech
"52%"
"Chisaki!" Midoriya calls out as he creates a pillar of his own which moves slower than it did before he fused with an echo
the entire basement begins collapsing as Overhaul tries to make his escape with Eri
"Everything is messed up!! " Echohaul screeches clutching his chest as his breathing becomes laboured.
"Why.... is my quirk weakening..." he asks himself. "Is it because i fused with that brat? "
he attempts to twist the Omnitrix symbol only to be electrocuted by feedback
"61%"
"I won't let you!" Midoriya screams jumping up to intercept.
"So Obstinate! " Chisaki grunts looking down.
right then he notices a part of Mirio's cape was caught on one of the rocks he was using to build the pillar.
"That got flung up too?--" he retches.
Eri, who Echohaul was carrying sees the cape
as she reaches for it her Quirk activates
Eri lunges for the cape as Echohaul is separated back into Kai Chisaki, Shin Nemoto and an unconscious Echo echo
as she grabs it she looks down to see Midoriya she becomes resolute to allow herself to be saved and jumps
(I'm not taking this away from Deku, its an emotional as helheim scene and I'm not even gonna attempt to mimic it through words)
Ben takes shelter under Ryukyu as the basement shatters from the force of midoriya's sudden power boost
"I need to help them." Ben mutters looking at his timed out Omnitrix.
"Just a few seconds, please." Ben pleas with the Omnitrix. "I know this 'time out' thing isn't a necessity, you proved that on I-Island so please just give me a few seconds with one transformation."
there's a silence
"I-Is Ben talking to his watch?" Ryukyu questions.
"He just does this sometimes." Ochaco responds.
"FINE!" Ben exclaims. "I'm going to help them whether you let me or not! stupid piece of junk..."
right then the Omnitrix flashes green.
(I just like doing what I did in my stand series books where I give something that is generally hinted to have sentience and giving it a whole personality that holds grudges and makes exceptions in certain situations)
"YES!" Ben smiles as he activates the Omnitrix and instinctively uses the best transformation for this situation
It's a transformation he hasn't had much time with, he only got it yesterday while training at UA
but from what little he's observed from it, he'll definitely be fast enough to get them
"Here we go!" Ben says transforming.
"JETRAY!!!"
Jetray bends his knees before disappearing only leaving a lingering sonic boom
right then Ochaco notices something else....
Overhaul is still conscious
and he's approaching the large villain Ryukyu defeated
meanwhile up in the air Midoriya and Eri are suspended high in the sky
Midoriya realizes he just accidentally used 100% of his power meaning his legs are most likely broken
Jetray floats beside them with a sonic boom following him.
he grabs both Eri and Midoriya
"I got you." He calmly states
JETRAY: The Omnitrix's DNA sample of an Aerophibian from Aeropela, these creatures can fly at super sonic speeds being able to take off incredibly quickly, on top of this they're also semi-aquatic allowing them to be incredibly formidable in the sky or the sea, they can also fire an "neuroshock" attack from their eyes and tail, these attacks being strong enough to hurt even the most sturdy foe.
suddenly Ben times out.
"Oh crud..."
the three are now falling through the sky as Midoriya reaches to grab Ben
"No!" Ben calls out frantically twisting the timed out Omnitrix. "I'll just weight you down."
as he looked away his fiddling appears to have done something as the Omnitrix is now glowing a misty green.
"Let's just hope this is some sort of upgrade!" Ben exclaims closing his eyes and slamming down
only to not hit the Omnitix and instead seeming to slap some sort of goopy surface
"Ben," Midoriya calls out "you're--"
Ben opens his eyes to see he transformed into Upgrade before he even touched the omnitrix
"Wait a second." he mutters as he tries to think of stinkfly
and like with upgrade he's turned into stinkfly with a mere thought
Stinkfly grabs Ben and Eri and lands on the ground.
Ben Maniacally laughs as he rapidly swaps between aliens
"Oh this is gonna be REAL useful!"
its at this moment Midoriya realizes his bones are intact, and not just that, his wounds are healed.
"Is this... your power?" Midoriya asks Eri
suddenly Midoriya keels over in pain
"Are you okay Midoriya?!" Swampfire asks
"Wh-What's happening?" Midoriya groans "It's like my body is being pulled from the inside!"
Suddenly a roaring from below can be heard...
"SHE HAS NO CONTROL." a thunderous voice calls out
Midoriya and Swampfire swiftly turn around as Midoriya grabs Eri and Swampfire swaps to goop to leap away
"SHE MAY HAVE ACTIVATED IT AT A GOOD TIME, BUT SHE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO STOP IT. ISN'T THAT RIGHT, ERI?"
right then Midoriya and Goop see their opponent
Midoriya continues to hold eri tight as they're faced with....
KAIJUHAUL
"SHE REWINDS HUMANS. THAT'S WHO ERI IS. DEPENDING ON HOW YOU USE HER, IT MIGHT EVEN BE POSSIBLE TO TURN A PERSON BACK INTO A MONKEY. IF YOU KEEP HOLDING ONTO HER LIKE THAT YOU'LL BE ANNIHILATED. EVERYONE WHO TOUCHES HER WILL BE REWOUND INTO NOTHINGNESS. THAT GIRL'S QUIRK IS CURSED. HAND HER OVER. THERE'S NO WAY TO STOP HER OTHER THAN TO DISASSEMBLE HER. UNLESS YOU BOTH WANT TO BE ANNIHILATED, HAND ERI OVER."
Midoriya continues to glare at Overhaul as he ties her to his back with Mirio's cape
"Never..." he snarls.
Ben stands beside Midoriya turning into Four arms
"Your Quirk is a blessing!" Midoriya tells Eri as he seems to power up
"One for all: Full cowling...."
"100%"
"Let's do this!" Four arms smirks.
"NONE OF YOU UNDERSTAND THE VALUE OF HER POWER, NOT EVEN ERI HERSELF.... QUIRKS PROGRESS MARKEDLY WHEN YOU DEVELOP THEM. BY CONDUCTING COUNTLESS EXPERIMENTS, I EXTRACTED ERI'S POWER AND SUCCEEDED IN BRINGING IT TO IT'S END POINT. AS A RESULT, IT DOESN'T STOP AT SIMPLY WINDING BACK THE FLESH. IT WINDS BACK ON A GREATER SCALE. IT REWINDS THE COURSE OF THE SPECIES TO ITS UNMUTATED FORM."
"THAT IS THE KIND OF POWER ERI POSSESSES. THE POWER TO ERADICATE QUIRKS, AND RETURN HUMANS TO NORMAL! ENOUGH POWER TO DESTROY THIS WORLD BUILT UPON QUIRKS-- TO DESTROY ITS NATURAL ORDER! THAT.... IS.... ERI!!!!"
Midoriya and Four arms remain absolute
"YOU DON'T KNOW ERI'S VALUE! PUNKS LIKE YOU CAN'T EXPLOIT AN ASSET LIKE HER!"
Overhaul charges them with a barrage of spikes as Four arms reels all four of his arms back and unleashes a powerful clap knocking Overhaul back and shattering his spikes
Midoriya following this up with a kick knocking him into the sky where he can't use his quirk on the landscape.
Four arms smiles as he turns into Jet ray to follow
the ground is shattered from a sonic boom as he reaches Overhauls height
"WHY WON'T ANYONE SEE THE BIG PICTURE!!!!" Overhaul roars exploding himself into a tornado of blood and viscera and reforming to a much more agile form
In an instant Jet ray transforms into Stinkfly Targeting Overhaul with slime
this causes him to recoil allowing Stinkfly to close the distance transforming into Four arms again delivering Two powerful Right hooks
in response Overhaul wildly swipes where Fourarms is attempting to use his quirk
this is countered with Big Chill who not only phases through his attack but covers his forearm in frostbite.
Ben turns human allowing himself to fall before transforming into heatblast a mere metre from the ground catching himself with a blazing inferno launching himself back up
meanwhile Midoriya attacks destroying Overhauls form
using the momentum Ben changes to Cannonbolt making the alien live up to its name as it collides into Overhaul knocking the wind out of him
as he regenerates arms he grabs onto Cannonbolts' shell he swaps to Goop to pull himself back together and flow around his body before shifting into Rath
"NOW LET ME TELL YA SOMETHIN' KAI CHISAKI, AKA OVERHAUL!" He roars slashing into his back.
"THE ONLY THING GETTIN' OVERHAULED HERE IS YOU!"
Rath begins cutting into Overhaul
Right slash from Rath
Left slash from wildmutt
and a final downward slash from Benwolf who follows up by releasing a sonic howl amping up the hurt with Echo Echo and 2 Duplicates followed by Wildvine constricting his limbs and throwing explosive seeds obscuring his vision before finishing with Stinkfly Vomiting slime over his eyes blinding him.
"I need something powerful to end this." Ben thinks to himself cycling through aliens most of which he's never seen
Grasping his eyes Overhaul is unable to defend as Ben transforms into an Alien he hasn't seen before.
a Mechanical being with glowing Atomic energy flowing through its veins.
"JOYOUS!" the being exclaims in a heroic tone. "MMMMMM NEW TRANSFORMATION!"
"You are nothing but Bugs to me!" Overhaul screams as he wipes Stinkfly Slime, Goop Ooze, Wildvine Seed and Bigchill frost from his face. "You're all going to die by my hand!"
"I AM NO BUG!" Ben's new form retorts. "I AM.... uh.... MMMMMM well! it appears I'm nuclear based so um... Nuclear... Nuka.... hmm... Atom... Eve?.... Atomic... um... ATOMIX!!! MMMM YES!!!!"
Overhaul takes a swipe as he's blocked by a disk of radioactive light burning away at his claws
"I AM ATOMIX!" Atomix announces striking a Heroic pose
the Nuclear do-gooder reabsorbs the disk and begins to focus it in his hands
"HAA-MEE-NA HAA-MEE-NA HAA-MEE-NA-HA!" Atomix calls out charging a sphere of Nuclear energy and hurling it at Overhaul.
Both are engulfed in Atomic light as Overhaul is launched even further up.
"Eat shit you child-abusing asshole." Atomix salutes
this is where Midoriya unleashes his final attack
Overhaul looks up as for the first time in his life
he feels fear
perhaps the same fear he instilled into eri all those years
Overhaul is sent barrelling into the ground unleashing an earthquake level shock wave.
Atomix puts both hands on his hips Striking a heroic pose beside Midoriya
"Eri-chan are you alrigh--" Midoriya begins before he's enveloped with a painful golden aura
the aura lashes as black lightning crackles and envelops Ben too who immedietly is brought backwards through his aliens until he's human again and is too reeling on the ground in pain.
"Eri's.... Quirk is getting stronger..." Midoriya groans.
in a last ditch effort Overhaul attempts to crush all three with his massive meaty hand only for Eri's quirk to revert him back to normal separating himself from his minion.
Ochaco catches him in the air and subdues him
she release him however when she sees that Eri's quirk is killing Midoriya and Ben
suddenly Aizawa uses erasure on her as her quirk deactivates and she collapses onto Midoriya
meanwhile Overhaul is barely conscious
"His abilities...." Overhaul thinks to himself. "They aren't Quirk-based, I was correct in my assumption it's that device.... I must have that Device!!!!"
suddenly he shoots up throwing Ochaco into Tsuyu and Aizawa stopping them as he rushes Ben
Ryukyu attempts to pursue but is held down by her injuries
"YOU'RE DEAD!!!" Overhaul screams as he grabs Ben's wrist
"ABERRANT MUTATION DETECTED: RESUMING DNA REPAIR AT 96%"
feedback burns at Overhaul's skin as the Omnitrix falls off of Ben's wrist
"97%"
Overhaul grabs the Omnitrix, green light enveloping him
"98%"
he prepares to place it on his wrist
"99%"
Ben rushes forward Punching Overhaul across the face
"DNA REPAIR COMPLETE"
a wave of energy explodes from the omnitrix as Overhaul and Ben are consumed in the blast
the energy subsides as neither appear to have been harmed beyond wounds inflicted during their previous fights
Ben quickly grabs the Omnitrix huddling it close to his body
"YOU INSOLENT BRAT!" Overhaul screams as he rushes at Ben
"BEN!!!!!" Midoriya calls out as Overhaul grabs Ben by the throat
nothing happens
a moment of silence is shared
Overhaul tries again
and again
AND AGAIN
placing his hand on Ben's face over and over again
his quirk isn't working anymore
no.... that's not the case
It's at this moment Kai Chisaki realizes the poetic irony....
that he's now Quirkless....
a man who tried so hard to obtain the power to destroy quirks had his own quirk destroyed
he used the last of his strength to rush Ben but moments from falling unconscious overhaul finally realizes why he was feeling weaker the entire fight.
"That brat.... Ben....
He's the same as Eri....
his Device was.....
Destroying my quirk.....
It was..... curing me....
I'm..... such..... a fool.... I'm sorry master... It was all for nothing."
Overhaul falls over finally knocked out for good.
(Yeah this is just a bit of head canon but i do believe that the Omnitrix would see Quirks as a genetic aberration since as far as we know they're not some evolutionary thing like mutants in Marvel or hybrids like Ben in the Ben 10 series)
As Ben processes what just happened the Omnitrix seems to meld back onto his wrist

afterwards all the injured are given medical attention, all the thugs and villains are arrested, and the stronghold is searched further.
Midoriya and Ben give Eri to the Medical authorities
"She started getting feverish after passing out..." Midoriya states
"let's get her to the hospital for now." the police chief recommends. "And the two of you as well."
"Yes, sir." they respond in unison.
"His Pulse is dropping!" a paramedic exclaims as they wheel Sir nighteye.
Midoriya rushes toward him as Ben decides to let them have their moment as Ben goes to check on Fat gum's condition.
and with that the battle to save a single little girl....
had finally come to an end....

In the ruins of The Shie Hassaikai Compound Rubble is pushed aside by someone struggling to get out.
finally the figures arm bursts out from the rocks, bruised and bloody
the device on his wrist begins speaking
"ERROR IN DNA RE-CALIBRATION: OCA2 and HERC2 genes Inversion"
the figure manages to pull himself up as he lets off a raspy gasp for air, his green jacket now dyed red by his own blood.
he finally opens his eyes showing his pure red pupils.
"Eri..." he growls.
