No one ever thought I could drink liquor. It wasn't my first time ,but I still couldn't take in that much after the cheering and all, we started to dance .
I felt so free and alive at the moment or maybe it was because I was drunk. I saw Alex walking up to me, my heart skipped a beat and I became nervous.
"No way, am I dreaming?"I said to myself.
"You're not." he replied.
"How did he hear me ?"I said in my mind all confused.
"Wanna dance?" He asked
Well if it was a dream or a hallucination , I didn't care at that moment. I didn't know where I got this sudden boldness from, but I grabbed his arm myself and danced like a happy free bird. I was happy, maybe the happiest at the party.
That was all I remember, the rest seemed hazy and then the next morning we were on the same bed my body felt sore as I stretched.
I smiled at him he was indeed a sight to behold, a perfect sample of a hot demi god . I couldn't stop starring I wanted to touch his face again, it was difficult for me to control my aching hands, to stop them from feeling the softness of his skin again.
Someone barged into the room, it was my silly best friend. I felt no need to scream as a sign to immediately step back.
We were doing nothing at the moment, my bestie looked pretty shocked, who wouldn't be shocked? I was shocked as well. I.....and Alex, I wish we didn't do it in her house though .
"Oops" she said smiling
Alex woke up as if he was startled.
"We have school, remember?" she said like she was whispering and she left
" Good morning "I said smiling as genuinely happy.
He didn't say anything, he put his clothes on and was about walking out the door. I summoned courage to say "I'll see you in school" after much voiceless mouth openings.
My eyes were full of hope , waiting for some response and then he smiled back ,that was enough for me as a response though. At least he didn't totally ignore me. But I wished he spoke, before more thoughts came in, he had gone out of the room.
