Connecting the dots
I will continue to build walls
Though it maybe lonely
But at least I'm safe
In my comfort zone
I can be myself
inside this bubble
I can do what I want
Because they can't see inside
Though its dark
But this space embraces me
I don't need to cover my eyes or ears
No more scars
No more bleeding
This shield protects me
From their knife like words and piercing gazes
When im inside this circle
I feel warm and happy
Unaffected by the war going on outside
But I wont step out there
My broken self is tired of getting broken again
Whats the point of killing a dead person?
All those emotions outside the wall
Are overwhelming
I cant breath out there
Its suffocating
Across the line
Its a scary world
I wont be able to survive
Getting shaken up by a mere act
How am I going to fight against the enemies?
Weaponless, Im useless
Against the army that awaits me
