In the Pokémon center nurse joy was trying to help all the sleeping Pokémon, especially with all the Pokémon ghosts flying through the walls as if their running away from something. Alice and toneo come to the scene with the gang with Steven charging though

That was when Alberto and cross come to the room
Alberto: really?! Well excuse me people, but you don't know the meaning of the word problem!

They drop lickilicky as Alberto marches right up to toneo

Toneo: the space around our city is being acted on by a powerful force creating a space time anomaly. Resulting in all the strange things we've been witnessing

He shows his computer to reveal a giant figure on top of the twin towers and zooms in

Toneo: yes. It is said that palkia lives between dimensions and rules space. A Pokémon that's been called a deity. When the garden was turns into a wasteland it was a sign of palkia first appearance. Darkrai sensed what was about to happen! It was at the moment when the sky lit up that palkia burst into the city. And darkrai was the only one who saw
Steven: guess that means SOMEBODY owes a certain YOURS TRULY an APOLOGY?!
Alberto: OKAY FINE! You were right and I was wrong. This wasn't darkrai's fault, it was palkia's. Blah blah blah! Now can we fix the trouble that giant caused please?!
Steven: and if palkia did come here, then that means he's right above the time and space towers!
Indeed he was as darkrai faced him inside his protected bubble. everyone rushes to the towers to see darkrai facing the towers and charging at the bubble but bouncing off. But darkrai gets back up and is about to use dark void
Darkrai: go away!
He blasts the bubble finally getting the giant's attention. The clouds clear to reveal themselves in another dimension. Palkia lands to the ground and faces darkrai who blasts the hint with a dark void
Cross: come on! We gotta help! Stone edge!
At that moment a barrage of spear shaped rock circle cross and on his command launched at palkia before he could hurt darkrai
Cross: woah! That was awesome!
Alberto; let me try! Hyper beam!
Alberto the launches said hyper beam square in palkia's face
Alberto: okay, gyro ball!
Cross: crush claw!
The two do said moves on the giants feet as Alberto does tongue wrap
Alberto: I'm getting the hang of this!
But he just locks the two aside as he does into the sky and returns his focus on darkrai. The two sir though they town as they both attack one another. Just then, a barrage of meteors come crashing down and hit darkrai and palkia, at that moment, dialga came Down biting down on palkia's neck
Steven: what the heck is that?!
Sorrel: dialga. The one that says to rule the time dimension
The two return to their battle as they clash at one another as the city slowly begins to evaporate away. Palkia flies To the square as dialga blasts his fire blast at him throwing him off course and making him crash in front of the towers. Dialga lands behind palkia and bellows so loudly all the clocks topped. Palkia gets back up and they resume their battle
Cross: rock edge!
He uses it at the giant blue dinosaur who looks down at him
Cross: that was a bad idea!
Manny: run!
The gang run as Alberto gets tossed aside from dialga who charges at the group. The gang reach an edge of the city and run aside it. But dialga stops as palkia shoves him over the edge. Dialga returns and shoves him to a far side of the city with darkrai watching the events. The two blast each other and continue their fight flying all over the town blasting each other with darkrai taking one just as it heads for the towers. That's when toneo put together his grandfathers nightmare as the two battle making the city evaporated more.
If this kept up, their wouldn't be a city anymore
Steven: what do we do? If they continue well be goners!
Darkrai comes and tris to stop the fighting with everyone watching
Darkrai: go away!
Darkrai blasts the two who in return blast him
Both: STAY OUT OF THIS!!!
Darkrai is sent flying toward the garden with everyone coming to his aid. Alice finds darkrai resting on a tree and comes to him: dialga wakes up and sees Alice looking down at him
Alice: darkrai... are you okay?
Darkrai: ...Alesha?
Alice: no. I'm Alice. Alesha was my grandmother
Darkrai: Alice...
The rest of the gang gather around
Alberto: I'm so sorry. I never should have blamed you for all this
Darkrai sinks not the shadows and then flies off to stop dialga and palkia's battle with everyone watching from afar seeing the town disappear
Steven: like I said: if we don't do something, we're goners!
Toneo them remembers his grandfathers note about orasion
Toneo: what could oeasion be?
Alice: orasion?
Toneo: you heard of it?
Alice: yes! Orasion is the name of the song my grandmother taught me to play on my lead whistle
Steven: then that means we can use that to calm dialga and palkia them this disaster will be over!
Cross: I love these powers, but I would like to be human again
Sid: then let's find the orasion disk!
The gang return to the towers and search everywhere until they reach the mural and there were a lot of disks there
Diego: wait
Diego takes the photo and looks at the symbol below the notes on the back and look to one particular one below the mural tree
Diego: there it is!
They turn the wheel until it was high enough for manny to grab it
Cobalion: now quickly! To the space time towers!
The gang make their way to the tower with the help of latias psychic with the swords of justice and nurse joy evacuating the city to the garden as the Pokémon trainers help preventing dialga and palkia's destruction to reach the tower and the people. The gang are almost to the top while darkrai blocks the dueling Pokémon's attacks reaching them
Sid: boy I wish I can jump as high as a kangaroo
Manny: wish granted!
Manny then kicks Sid all the way to the top!
Sid: ahhh!!!
Manny: we're all gonna have to jump!
The gang one at a time jump to the ledge, manny was the second last, and cross jumps finally, but he slips and he dangles holding onto the ledge for dear life. Manny stops and sees his fellow member in trouble
Manny: (to Alice) hold pichu!
Manny goes back to cross holding his trunk out as far as he could, cross reaches as well but slips and starts to fall. Luckily manny grabs his arm just in the nick of time as dialga and palkia continue their fight down below
Manny Hangs on as hard as he could until finally throwing him to the others as he catches up. Dialga blasts his sonic blast and it almost reaches the others, but darkrai comes and takes it for them! They all watch as darkrai falls to the ground as the gang make it to the disk holder. Meanwhile the city continues to disappear as the two Pokémon keendueling
Toneo: if those two collide one more time. Our demension is through!
Steven: put it in put it in put it in!
They place the disk in and pull the lever and hoped it would be enough to save the town and themselves
