"You not nervous for your first day of 7th grade?"I asked jade packing her bag and making liyahs food

I laughed and we did our handshake
"Ighttt come on your bag is packed jade I put a extra charger and extra cloths just in case, anything else you need should be in the bottom ill be there to pick you up later." I said handing it to her
She thanked me and gave me a hug before maze and her left out
I sighed "well it's just me and you kiddo."I said to liyah
She nervously stared at me while sucking on her thumb

I got her a pillow and a blanket but as soon as I laid down she walked over to me and laid in my arms

I woke up rubbing my eyes I looked to my side seeing liyah wasn't on my chest nomo
I got up looking at the kitchen she was on the counter with a whole bunch of snacks and rappers everywhere
I ran my hand down my face walking over to her
"Why you ain't wake me up lil mama I would have got it for you."

She giggled watching me scrape my teeth
