She started at the wall for a good 5 mins before she got up and went to the bathroom. She bluetoothed her phone to her speakers and began playing her morning playlist whom basically consisted in very chill R&B songs.

She undressed herself and got in the shower when the water was warm enough.

She washed her face and moisturized her skin with coconut oil before dressing herself in black distressed jeans and a white hoodie.

The school she worked at wasn't big on dresscode so she got to dress however she wanted.
Once she was done, she sprayed perfume on herself before grabbing all of her essentials and putting them in the purse.
She didn't eat per usual, and was now out her apartment building walking to her car.
As she was about to open her car door handle, she felt strong arms wrap around her waist making her jump back.

It was 2:10 pm, meaning that it was time for dismissal.
" Bye miss K!" they all answered before she opened the door and let them out.
Per usual, once she seen that every kid was picked up, she grabbed her stuff and cleaned the classroom up a bit before leaving.
As soon as she got in her car, her phone rang making her suck her teeth.
" Hi ma" she answered
" Hi mookie, when you comin' down south to see us?" her mother asked—Kafeyah rarely seen her parents for the simple fact that she was always busy or too lazy to travel down south.

" Ma don't even start because you know i can't afford to live in one of them luxurious apartments downtown" she sighed

" Hm fine, we'll come up here in a few weeks" she sighed

Kafeyah locked her car doors before she began walking toward her apartment complex.
As she reached her building, she felt her phone vibrate in her back pocket and saw that it was Zymeir FaceTiming her.
" Hi meir" she answered smiling as she went up her building steps.
" Wassup ma" he answered with very low eyes.
" Zymeir are you high?" she asked as she opened her front door and locked it behind her.
" Just a lil bit" he yawned—it clearly wasn't just a little bit, he smoked about 4 blunts.
" Zymeir this don't look like a little bit" she sighed
She heard that I got that work, I heard that she been on strike
Ella had told her about Zymeir weed problem before, but she never took it seriously because he has never been high around her.
" How many blunts you smoked?" she asked taking her shoes off.
