3. visualize that you open your eyes{DON't REALLY OPEN YOUR EYES} but the ceiling is gone and where the ceiling was you see your dr self laying in the same position as you, basically like a mirror
4.now imagine that your dr self is slowly melting into you {sounds kinda scary}
5.next you say affirmations until you fall asleep and then wake up in you dr
