We walked to the restaurant Midoriya had suggested, chatting on the way there. The waiters were surprised to see some of the biggest names in hero work walk through their doors and we got seated quickly. Soon enough, our food had arrived. I made quick work of my lunch. I had forgotten what it had been like to be truly full. Soon enough, everyone had finished and the discussion turned towards me.
"Sorry to bring up a sore topic Uraraka," Midoriya said, "But I noticed all the scars on your arms, and I just want to know what those monsters did to you." I winced at the memories of my time in captivity, but decide it would be better if they knew.
"Y-you don't have to tell us," Midoriya said quickly, noticing my reaction.
"No, you guys deserve to know," I replied. Taking a deep breath in, I began explaining. Starting from the raid that got my capture, all the torture they had put me through, the lies about each of my friends deaths, my escape, and ending with how I found Deku and Red Riot at the fight.
Looking up from the table, I scanned my classmates faces. Their expressions ranged from pity and shock, to looks of pure rage.
"That explains why you flinched when I reached for you at the fight," Midoriya said under his breath, turns out he never broke his muttering habit, "and why you though Kirishima had been killed by a Nomu....." He continued to mutter as my friends tried to get their emotions back under control.
Suddenly, one of Shojis dupli-arms started to twitch and he shot up, drawing all the attention to him.
"I hear something coming, sound big and not good," He said, "Could be Nomu." I noticed looks of determination cross my friends faces as one of Jirous earphone jacks snaked to the floor and plugged itself in.
"Definitely Nomu," She said, "Multiple, heading this way," She trailed off, listening intently.
Suddenly, her expression changed and she spoke, "One just jumped, I think it's coming this way."
"Get down!" Shoji yelled, pulling my and Froppy down, covering us with his arms. The other pros dived under the table as a Nomu smashed through the window.
