Ichika brushed her skirt off and sat down in the seat in front of Bakugou, turning to face him.

"Mornin' Bakugou-san!" she greeted cheerily, grinning.

"Shut up," Bakugou growled, not looking at her.

Ichika blew a raspberry at him as she turned back around.

She laughed as Bakugo grumbled angrily.

"I watched the news last night and saw everyone," she smiled at her friends. "Too bad I couldn't be there! I could have gotten noticed by some pros."

"You fought like a monster, though!" Kirishima punched his fists together, flashing his shark-like teeth at her. "It was super manly!"

"Thanks, Kirishima-kun! You were awesome, too!" Ichika responded with a bright grin and mimicked his punching. "You're really manly!"

"But man, all the channels made a big deal out of it!" Kaminari leaned back to Kirishima.

"I was surprised," Kirishima shrugged, looking from Ichika to him.

"Can you blame them?" Jirou asked, playing with the jacks on her earlobes, "The hero course that keeps pumping out pro heroes got attacked."

"Who knows what would have happened if the pros hadn't shown up when they did?" Sero leaned his head against his arms on the desk.

Ichika gently moved her hand to the base of her neck, swallowing thickly, "Yeah... Who knows..."

"Stop that, Sero!" Mineta shouted, tears in his eyes. "Just thinking about it is about to make me wet myself!"

"Shut up, Mineta!" Ichika snapped at him, "We're in the hero course, get ahold of yourself!"

Bakugo ended up shouting at the same time as her, his voice much louder. "Shut up, you scum!"

For once, Ichika appreciated his input. She hit her head against the desk and sighed heavily.

"But man, All Might was great!" Sato exclaimed, "He pushed back those crazy strong villains!"

"Yeah, his strength is worth marvelling at," Tokoyami nodded.

Ichika definitely thought that Tokoyami seemed like the dark and brooding type, but she wasn't quick to make assumptions. After all, Annya was a goofball, and plenty of people assumed that she was just super broody all the time.

Meanwhile, Ichika was stuck in her own world.

She started thinking... what would have happened if the pros hadn't shown up in time? She would probably be dead, or at least her vocal cords would be demolished. She didn't want to think about what would happen if she had been killed.

What would it do to Annya if Ichika were to die at 15 years old?

She jumped when Iida rushed in, shouting: "Everyone! Morning homeroom is about to start! Stop talking and take your seats!"

"We're all already in our seats. You're the only one standing," Kirishima pointed out.

"Tsu-chan, who—" Mina almost fell back in her seat, stopped by Tsuyu, "is going to be teaching homeroom today?"

"Well, Mr. Aizawa should still be in the hospital recovering from his injuries—" Tsuyu began to respond, only to be cut off by the door sliding open.

"Morning," Aizawa's monotone voice was muffled, and he was covered from head to toe in bandages. Both of his arms were in slings, but that didn't seem to stop him.
