Have you ever tried to explain how you feel but the words won't come out?
Because you feel like no one understands, and they wouldn't know what you're talking about?
So you finally get your thoughts together and can fully describe what you're feeling.
They say they understand, but you feel like they just don't get it.
So you decide to just keep your mouth shut and try to make it through the day.
But the weight is so heavy that you HAVE to talk about it to get the reassurance that you is ok.
Days go by and nothing changed, so now you're hopeless , and afraid that you're never going to be the same.
Your mind keep racing with so many thoughts, and you try to distract your brain but it just won't stop
it's like a war going on in your head, and you feel as if the only peace that you'll get is being sleep or dead.
The signal from your racing mind is now distracting your body. You feel tired, lost, empty , and don't want to talk to nobody.
You feel suffocated and trapped in a dark spot. Everyone could be in the same room as you, but you feel as if their not.
You find yourself wanting to eat but don't have the energy or appetite, so you just never mind yourself and try again later on that night.
The things you usually do aren't fun anymore, and the places you usually go are just not as exciting as they were before.
So now it comes to the point to where you have to accept the fact that you're depressed.
and sit and let yourself dwell on the stress.
And the scariest part is not knowing if you or depression will win this fight.
One day you will feel your mind set free and the weight on your shoulders you were once feeling will no longer be fatigue.
You will be able to rest your mind and relax your body, and you will start to feel like you are somebody.
While you're are going through this last stage in depression, make sure you avoid the thoughts that led you to start stressing.
Instead of telling yourself you can't shake back, tell yourself that you WILL shake back !
Let the negative thoughts leave your body, and let the positive take over like a driver on a jet.
When your brain tells you to lay down, say NO I'm standing up! When you don't feel like eating, just eat a little snack something has to fill you up.
You have to fight back and be strong, even on the days you feel as if you're hope is gone.
When you finally beat depression you'll look back and realize that you are so strong.
It's just a phase that you're going through, it may feel as if you're stuck and will never move on.
The most important part is having faith in yourself and believing that this is a phase you're going through in life, and YOU WILL move on.
