Teach me

*Lauren's POV*

It was around 7AM when I heard my alarm ring. I decided to finally get up after I had already hit the snooze button a couple of times. I'm that kind of a girl who tells herself to go to sleep early and to stop using her snooze button, but I always end up not changing my routine. I walked downstairs and saw that Jack was already eating his breakfast. Jack G is my older brother and he's 17 years old just like my other best friends Sam & Jack J. I on the other hand am 16 years old. And yes, they tease me quite a lot for that. 

'Hi Laur! What are you thinking about?' Jack asked me with a curious face. 'Oh nothing' I say and made myself some breakfast. I decided to eat some yoghurt and granola since I didn't want to eat too much in the morning, because if I would I always end up getting these horrible stomache aches. I sat down next to Jack and we started talking about some random stuff. ''Oh, and by the way Sam will pick you up Lauren. I'm going to school with Jack since we have the first period together, and you with Sam''  ''Ok cool'' I replied trying to keep the happiness that just boiled up inside of me. I always love it when I'm alone with Sam because we have so much fun together. We always sing in the car, and make these kind of stupid jokes and would laugh for hours sometimes we would still laugh about them when we got in class. Don't get me wrong I mean I love being with Jack J and Jack G but Sam acts kinda different when he's alone with me, in a better way. I can't wait to finally see him again today after his 2 week trip to California.

I got off my chair and headed upstairs to go change. When I arrived in my room I realized what a big mess it was there, clothes, books and movies were laying everywhere. I decided to act like I didn't see all of it and walked up to my wardrobe. I choose to wear a hoodie I borrowed from Sam (I never gave it back though lol, I love wearing them because it's so comfortable) and a pair of ripped jeans. I putted some natural make-up on because otherwise I'd look like a walking zombie and decided to wear my hair in a pony tail since I was too lazy as always too curl or straighten my hair. I was just brushing my teeth when I heard someone calling me from downstairs, so as soon as I finished brushing my teeth I rushed downstairs and gave Sammy a hug.

''Hi Sam''  ''Hi Laur'' he said still hugging me. After a few seconds he pulled away and looked at me with a big smile on his face. ''Is there something wrong with me that makes you laugh?'' I asked him while laughing since I was curious why he had that big smile on his face. ''Nope, not at all. I'm just happy to see you again'' he said with a grin on his face. I couldn't help but blush a little, so I looked down at my feet and hope he didn't notice it. But of course I knew he did. When I was looking at my feet I realized that I still didn't have any shoes on. I decided to wear some Vans and tied them as fast as I could. A few minutes later I was ready to go, so me and Sam left the house.

We walked up to his car, I walked over to the passenger seat and was just about to open the car door when Sammy opened it for me. ''Being a gentleman huh?'' I teased Sam and he started chuckling. I tried to step into the car but that was pretty difficult since it was a pretty big step that I had to take. ''Let me help you'' Sam said as he noticed me having trouble to get in. ''Thanks Sam'' I said and smiled at him and again he had this grin on his face. I was interrupted out of my thoughts by two hands which suddenly clung my hips and pushed me up to get into the car. I couldn't help but to feel shivers all over my body. Sam never touched me like this before. Okay Lauren you have to stop, you're out of your mind. Sam is your best friend, he would never hit on you I told myself. The other car door opened and Sammy quickly sat down on his seat. The whole drive to school we sung along to random songs on the radio like Break Free, All About That Bass and Happy (which was mine and Sammy's favorite song).

We pulled up in the school parking lot and Sammy parked the car. I was just about to get out of the car when Sammy grabbed my hand and helped me down. ''Thank you Sam'' I said and he just smiled and didn't let go of my hand. We walked into school and decided to go to my locker first. We almost reached my locker but then I heard a familiar voice call my name in the hallways. I turned around to see that it was Johnson who was standing next to my brother. ''Hello to you too Johnson!'' I said laughing but he looked at me with a face that looked kinda confused now. I looked over at Sammy when I realized that we were still holding hands, so I let go and felt my face becoming red. I turned around to my locker because I didn't want to see my brother's face right now because he'd probably think that there's something going on between me and Sammy, which is not. ''Oopsie'' Sammy whispered so Jack and my brother wouldn't hear it, I couldn't help but laugh a bit. 

- skip to third period - 

Third period (biology) just started and I was sitting behind Lauren and next to Nate. I was teasing Lauren constantly, and she got pretty annoyed which I liked. She is so cute when she's mad. Nobody was actually listening to Mr. Cullen, he didn't mind though. He was this kind of a teacher who would just accept the fact that everyone was talking, and he didn't even try to do a shit about it. Today's lessons was about propagation and we head to team up in duo's. I just wanted to ask Nate if he wanted to team up when Mr. Cullen announced that he was making the duo's. I ended up being a duo with Lauren which I was happy about, because she's super smart and would do pretty much all the work.

Every duo took their seats and started discussing the assignment we got from Mr. Cullen. I sat down next to Lauren and she immediately started to discuss the assignment, but all I did was nodding my head because I was too tired to listen to what she actually said. ''Are you even listening to me?'' Lauren suddenly asked me and I could hear the annoyance in her voice. ''Look I don't need to make this assignment, I already have my skills. But if you want, I can teach you?'' I ask her with a big grin on my face. She bursted out laughing, and I couldn't help but laugh at my own joke too. Nate and Madison (one of Lauren's good friends) were laughing too now since they heard my joke.

''What's there so funny about propagation Mrs. Gilinsky and Mr. Wilkinson?'' Mr. Cullen said in angry tone. Madison and Nate immediately stopped laughing but me and Lauren came to the point of laughing where we couldn't stop. So Mr. Cullen decided to sent us out of the lesson, but we didn't care that much because at our school you didn't have to go to detention after you got sent out of the lesson. ''Well I guess Cullen agreed on me teaching you'' I said and we bot bursted out laughing again.
