Chloe really wanted to roll her eyes. She doesn't care about Jevon enough even when she did have a crush on him. Sometimes she thinks that Jevon is using his friendliness as an excuse for his flirting acts. Natalie deserves better than this. Although Natalie's friendly, she has never once shown flirting acts towards another boy unlike Jevon has towards other girls.

"He's friendly, what can I say? Besides, if he's willing to be my friend, why not? I do have a crush on him so why should I listen to you? You and I both know that we'll have to meet for some discussions." Chloe said, not emphasizing the discussions part.

For some reason, ever since she became the president last year, she found it pleasuring to annoy Natalie. Every time Natalie's getting annoyed, her cute upper dimples start to show and her eyebrows start to arch. Honestly, her small puppy crush on Jevon started when she saw how Jevon was able to calm Natalie down every time she's becoming bitchy. She decided to write the love letter as a gratitude towards Jevon. What she never thought was that it would end up being received by Jevon. Surely she has to find a way to discover the lad who exposed her only weakness.

"Bugger off. Jevon is dating me. Don't go plotting to steal him away." Natalie said angrily as she pushed Chloe towards the wall.

"Feeling threatened?" Chloe said with a smug.

Chloe wanted to tell Natalie the truth, but teasing her is quite fun even if it annoyed her how Natalie fancies Jevon so much. Natalie's eyebrows were crooked. Anger in her eyes which seems to amuse Chloe. So getting Jevon's attention would attract her attention to Chloe. That's amusing. Natalie didn't care too much when she saw other girls flirting with Jevon.

"What do you mean by discussions?" Natalie asked, trying to hold back her anger.

"So side-tracking it is-You okay? Your eyes became dark." Chloe asked.

She tried reaching the hand of Natalie. Hoping to calm her down. Her hands are shaking. What the hell is happening? Does she have anger issues? Chloe was shocked. Natalie was shaking, and Chloe wanted to know why. There must be something behind all of Natalie's actions. Now that she thinks about it, this sudden behavior change happened often last school year in her freshman and sophomore year.

"Hey. I'm sorry. I meant just a discussion of what the team has accomplished like what I have to do to you. Just an interview. Every year we do that for the Newspaper Club to publish and promote our school. Calm down okay?" Chloe said.

Chloe felt bad trying to provoke Natalie especially since it might be the reason why Natalie suddenly reacted that way. Chloe thought of how lucky Jevon is, and that he better make her happy. She ever planned for this to happen. She hates herself for thinking of using Natalie's jealousy to catch her attraction. She better erases these thoughts or else she would surely make Natalie hate her more.

"Yeah. Thank you. I'm sorry. You're quite a humble person, dear Chloe. I appreciate this. I'll leave our previous discussion for another day." Natalie whispered.

Chloe flinched when she heard Natalie calling her 'dear' again. Somehow that would always make her heart race faster. Chloe then realizes that they were only a few inches apart that Chloe could hear Natalie's breathing. She was able to clearly see Natalie's face. Beautiful brown eyes, long eyelashes, and soft pink lips. She smells wonderful like a fresh fruity scent which made Chloe's ears red when she realized that she had been checking out Natalie Hughes. Oh Fuck.
