Even though I had made a plan to go see Indigo Freia has never left my side. It's been a few months and my stomach has grown quite a lot. Freia was so excited that she would even speak to our child in both my language and hers. It made me happy. Even though I never wanted to become pregnant I think I can live like this. Still though I'm starting to miss my own time.

I miss my mom, my dad my younger sister and my older brother. I even missed our dog Juno.

I was enjoying some fresh air by the outside fire when I suddenly felt pain in my stomach.

This- didn't feel right. Why did it hurt so much? Was it contractions? Even though I was asking my self these questions Freia's sister quickly came to my aide with a worried look on her face.

"Your bleeding."

Looking down at her hand that was covered in my own blood I knew that was a bad sign.

She rushed me back into the stone house I've been living in and rushed off to go get help. My body temperature started rising.

I was scared.

Where was Freia? She usually never strayed far from me.

They brought in multiple people as they examined me. All where equally confused as I continued to felt pain. When someone told me my water broke and that I was giving birth I had to start pushing.

It was hours of pain before things finally settled. However I didn't hear any baby cries which is what worried me.

Looking over at Freia's sister as she was holding my tiny baby she had an apologetic look on her face as she looked away from me.

"What is it? Can I hold my baby?"

"Your baby is dead."

My heart immediately broke into a million pieces as she gave me my lifeless newborn baby. There skin was pale and as cold as ice. Tears begin to fall from my eyes as I held my child close to my chest not wanting to let go.

I screamed loudly startling everyone who was in the room with me as they nervously left.

A few minutes pass and I still couldn't stop crying. Freia finally decided to show. As I saw her hands slowly outstretched towards our dead child I snapped.

"NO! GET AWAY FROM ME!" I yell as more tears begin to fall.

"I-I want Indigo." I whisper quietly knowing fully well that she could hear me.

I didn't look at Freia as I still felt her presence in the building.

"Get out!"

"I wish to hold my child as well."

"Where were you?!" She gave me a startled look as she shuffled nervously.

"I was in so much pain. And you where nowhere to be found. I- your supposed to comfort me when things like this happen. And you where not here. I don't wish to see you."

It was quiet. And before I knew it she was gone.

I couldn't help but feel angry. Just because I told her to leave doesn't mean she has to leave! God she's an idiot.

I felt cold and alone. I hated this place. I wanted to go home. But I didn't know how to go home.

"B-Brianna? Here. You have to eat something."

Looking up I see Freia's sister standing there holding a plate of food as I looked away.

"I know loosing your child is a sad thing but she has to get a proper funeral."

"He." I tell her in a stressed voice.

"It's a he not a she."

"Sorry, I didn't know."

I shivered even though the fire was well lit. She suddenly outstretched her hands making me glare at her.

"Don't worry. I'm just going to put him in a safe place for now."

I was reluctant but seeing her kind light green eyes made me relax.

Very shakily I hand her over my baby making her smile.

"All will be ok with time."

As watch her gently wrap my baby in a fur blanket she set him by the fire making her way out the door.

"Wait."

As she turned to look at me I couldn't help but let more tears fall making her sit by my side as she tried to comfort me.

"Everything will be ok."

I laid in her warm embrace as I sobbed.

She was doing her best to comfort me and yet I still don't know her name.

"What is your name?"

"My name?"She asked puzzled.

"Yes your name."

"Well. Most people call me it, or runt, sometimes mutt-"

"I want your name. The name that your parents gave you." She looked even more surprised as she shuffled a bit.

"Sorry. I should get going. Freia will have my head if she sees me here."

"Screw Freia! Tell me your name!" I ask her in a more command voice.

She played with her long black hair nervously as she spoke.

"My parents Called me Hunter. Funny isn't it? They named me something that I will never be. I am nothing more then a mere omega who brings dishonor to my pack. If it where not for my brother Judah. I would surely be dead."

My heart broke for her. Looking at her now she was a bit more pale then the others here and far more skinnier. I have read many stories on vampires but not so much on wolves.

Looking into her light green eyes I could feel my heart slowly begin to pound.

"Are you hungry?"

"No. I'm fine."

Her stomach suddenly rumbled making me laugh as she blushed.

"I'll eat if you eat with me."

"But I am not allowed-"

"I don't care about the rules here. If Freia is angry that I let you eat some of my food then let her be angry. I'll deal with her if and when she finds out."

She had such a thankful look on her face As she savored each bite. I didn't dare eat to much. After all I wasn't really hungry to begin with.
