Chapter 31-Things happen for a reason

I bum shuffled across the floor until my phone finally slipped out of my pocket.

Emergency call.

A man in black ran in. "They're coming." he said. His eyes flickered between me and her.

A blood curling scream came from behind her.

Miranda.

"WHY TAKE MIRANDA YOU HAVE ME!" I screamed.

Another blood curling scream came from behind her, gun shots, and then silence. No more screams.

Taylor laughed. She kicked me in the stomach several times.

Then I heard the noise that the man in black was referring to. Ambulance and police. Am I saved? Then everything was a blur.

*beep. Beep. Beep. Beep.*

Annoying sounds.

Fuck off.

Memories started to flow back into my mind.

I must be in a hospital.

*Beep Beep Beep*

Building.

Abandoned.

Cell phone.

Screams.

Pains.

Stomach.

Head.

Hand.

Lights.

Guns.

Ambulance.

Miranda.

I couldn't open my eyes. Couldn't move my hands. Paralyzed? Was i really paralyzed?

Coma? No this is not how you feel when you are in a coma.

Louis. Does he know im here? I want my husband.

Liam. I want my brother

I felt a sharp pain in my stomach. I wanted to scream, but I couldn't. I wanted to tell for help, but I couldn't. I wanted just to go home and lay down next to Louis. I wanted everyone to tell me that everything was alright, but that wasnt going to happen.

I remember watching them bring Miranda in. Her high pitch screams as she laid her eyes on me. They just chucked her on the floor like she was a piece of shit.

"Why are you doing this?" I remember asking her.

"He's mine." She spat.

Literally spat. I remember watching them walk off into the back. I turned around and looked at Miranda. I mouthed 'I'm so sorry.'

Suddenly my eyes shot open. Indeed I was in a hospital.

Louis was sleeping in a chair next to me. I reached over to grab a cup of water.

"Louis." No answer. "Louis!" He groaned. "OMG ELI!" He cried. He grabbed my hand and cried. He hit a red button and nurses and doctors ran in.

After the doctors asked me many questions I requested all the boys to come in.

"Eli!"

"Oh my god."

"Are you okay?"

"Elizabeth oh my god!"

Wee just some of the things the boys said as the ran in. "Where's Miranda?" I managed to choke out. Everyone looked at the ground. "WHERE'S MIRANDA!?" I yelled. "You killed her." A voice spoke up. In came walking Niall. His eyes red and puffy. "NO NO NO!" I cried as tears streamed down my face. "Why did you take her?" Niall said angered. "I didn't! SHE FOLLOWED ME!" I cried. "Why couldn't it be you who died. Why couldn't it be you lifeless?" Niall said through gritted teeth. Tears were streaming down my face. "Niall lets go." Zayn said pushing him out of my hospital room. Liam and Harry followed. Harry? Wasnt he on holiday. "No he came back as soon as he found out the news. Josh and Layla are on their way. Valeria is on her way from the house with Danielle and perrie." Louis answered my question wish I must of said outloud.

"Where's Taylor and the men in black?" I asked.

"Prison." I nodded

"I should be the one who died. I should be dead, not Miranda." Tears streamed more an more down my face.
