"H-hisashi Kuchiki?! Izuku's father?!" Rei asked in shock. Her mouth wide open. Shoto had also lost his serious expression and had his eyes widened. Hisashi Kuchiki. One of the, if not the richest and the most influential man in the entirety of Japan was standing here In front of the two todorokis, also claiming that he is Izuku's father

Rei looked between the two father and son, hoping for confirmation from Izuku. Now that Rei looked at both a little closer, she could tell Izuku inherited most of his facial features from his father. His freckles and face shape and his curly hair.

"Izuku is this true?" Shoto spoke for Rei and himself. Izuku looked at Shoto and nodded "yep! All of what this old man said is true"

"But how? How did you even meet him?" Rei asked. Hisashi looked sheepish and rubbed his head. Izuku smirked knowing of the hell that is coming for Hisashi

"Well..."

Rei looked- Glared at Hisashi. Shoto just gave up on understanding Izuku's limits and just sat down, opting to eat an apple

"So, You thought it would be best to introduce yourself to your son by attacking him and littering his body with holes?" She asked calmly

"*Gulp* Y-Yes?" A Kuchiki stuttering was not what one would see in even a century. Rei sat up and adopted her, as Izuku and Shoto liked to call it, "Mama Bear Mode"

She walked towards hisashi and touched his chest with her hand

At first Hisashi was a confused and blushing mess but then the redness from the blood rush faded as his skin turned a pale blue as Rei used her quirk to chill Hisashi, quite literally

Rei's Quirk, Ice Creation, Allowed her to create Ice walls and Ice spears much like Shoto could. However, one aspect of her quirk that Shoto did not have was the ability to accurately control the temperature and shape of her ice

That is what Rei did. She placed her hand on Hisashi's middle point, his chest and spread a thin, almost invisible layer of ice. Adjusting it's temperature, she made it cold enough to really freeze him but not hurt him

"You are lucky you healed my son or else I would have frozen you inside out" Rei glared at Hisashi, walking back to her bed

Izuku and Shoto were at the corner of the room, not wanting to be on the receiving end of Hisashi's "punishment"

"Shoto dear" Shoto stiffened "Yes Mother!" Rei smiled sweetly "please unfreeze him" "Yes Mother" he quickly walked over to Hisashi. Melting him from the Ice

While he hated to use his quirk. He had to as his mother asked him. He did not want to disappoint his mother or brother

While Shoto was slowly but surely freeing Hisashi of the death trap, Rei beckoned Izuku over to herself

Izuku went to his surrogate mother only to receive a bonk on the head followed by a visible bump "Why is it always the head?! Why?!" He whined

"And you! What were to thinking fighting someone as strong as Hisashi-San! If he was not your father but some villain, you could've died!" She yelled. Izuku looked at his mother with guilt flooding his system

"I am sorry Mom, it was my fault!" Izuku apologized. Rei shook her head "Honestly, you boys worry me to much"

Hisashi looked at the scene with a serene smile on his face. He looked towards Izuku and got his attention
"Izuku, I have some papers in my car that need to be looked at for that purpose. Can you bring them here?" He asked. Izuku nodded and Hisashi threw his car keys towards Izuku. Izuku left the room with an expression of Joy which neither Rei nor Shoto could tell why

After a few seconds of Awkward silence Rei tried to speak "So..." "Thank You" Rei looked at Hisashi only to find him bowing towards her and Shoto

"Hisashi-San! What are you doing?!" Hisashi still kept his head bowed. Shoto looked in with interest. He always though rich people were arrogant and spoiled. His experience with the Yagi's and Endeavour taught him that, that is until he met Hisashi

What an interesting man, he thought

"For looking after Izuku. For giving him a mother and siblings love. For giving him a place to announce his return. For giving him someone to make bonds with, to call a family. From the bottom of my heart, Thank You. Both of You!" Rei was speechless

"You should not be thanking us. Infact, we Should be thanking you for giving him life to such a kind soul. If it were not for him, my Mom and I would've have not been reunited" Shoto finally spoke

"What Shoto said is right. You must not feel the need to thank us. Izuku is my son. Even if he may not be my biological son, I am proud to be able to call him my family" she said with a proud smile

"Dad! Here it is!" Izuku shouted as he walked in, not noticing the mood of the room

"Ah! Thank you Izuku" He thanked as he took the folder from Izuku's hands

"Ah! Look at the time! We need to go Izuku" Izuku checked the clock in the hospital room and indeed it was time to go

"I guess! Well, I'll visit you later Mom. See you tomorrow Shoto" he said giving a hug to his mother and a fist bump to his brother before walking out

"Well it was a pleasure meeting you Rei-San" he handed her the folder he had Izuku bring him

"What is this?" She asked. "Nothing. Just a favour to my son and to express my gratitude" he said before kissing her hand in a gentlemanly fashion, leaving Rei a blushing mess

"It was nice meeting you Shoto-Kun, I hope you will continue to look after Izuku" he said shaking the boy's hand. Making the boy wince "It was a pleasure to meet you as well Sir" Hisashi chuckled "Call me Hisashi my boy! "Sir" makes me feel old"

"And Rei-San, you have a week at most so be prepared" Before Rei could asked what he was talking about, Hisashi left chuckling

Shoto stared at his hand before walking towards his Mom to ask what the folder was about

Opening it, she quickly read through the context before letting out a scream. Was it full of joy or Anger? Those who heard it did not know

Hisashi stared at his hand, forming a fist and clenching it tightly

Every single one of them. Why are all the heroes in this world so corrupt?!", He thought in anger

Shoto Todoroki, I swear I will save you!, Hisashi, with his keen eyes spotted the bruises that the half and half haired boy did a good job to hide. He did not miss the wince of pain nor the burn marks near to his neck

Enji, You will be my appetizer while I wait for the Main Course
