Tadashi's POV:
It suddenly felt like my bed was moving. I slowly opened my eyes and looked around, 'Oh, I wonder what Noya and Tanaka are doing on the dock?' I thought before I closed my eyes again.
'Wait, WHAT???' It suddenly clicked in my head that one, I was looking at them standing on the dock and not the inside of my cabin. And two, the cabins were in the background, not the water.
I sat up quickly and looked around to find myself farther out in the lake than me and Tsukki had been yesterday. Which meant that the water was deeper.
'ShitshitshitshitFuck!!!' I thought to myself as I stared to freak out. I could hear Noya and Tanaka laughing on the dock in the distance. I had no idea what to do and soon tears started falling down my cheeks.
'How do I get out of here?? I can't swim!!! Am I going to die??' I started crying audibly and shaking, making my bed shake which made me panic more.
'Tadashi, I will not let anything happen to you. I promise' I suddenly heard Tsukki's words in my head. "KEI!!!!!! HELP ME!!!!!" I cried out, fully sobbing now as I got up to my knees and started trying to paddle back to the shore.
Kei's POV:
I was walking back to the cabins with Daichi, Suga, and Asahi when I heard laughing coming from the dock. "KEI! HELP ME!" I heard Tadashi suddenly scream from the same direction.
I froze for a second before I dropped everything and sprinted towards the dock, closely followed by the other three boys.
When we got to the dock, we found Noya and Tanaka laughing hysterically, but Tadashi wasn't there.
"Where-" I started but stopped when I saw him out in the water on his air mattress, frantically trying to paddle back to the shore. He was crying and shaking when he finally looked up and locked eyes with me.
"FUCK!" I screamed as I tried to run towards the dock. "Language!" Suga said as he grabbed my wrist trying to stop me, probably because he thought I was going to beat the shit out of the two idiots laughing on the ground. But I didn't have time for that right now, I just needed to get to Tadashi before he fell in the water.
"He can't swim!" I yelled as I broke Suga's grip before sprinting to the end of the dock and dove off it towards Tadashi.
I swam as fast as I could, but he suddenly lost his balance on the air mattress and tumbled into the water.
"TADASHI!" I screamed but he didn't come back up. I reached where he had fallen in and dove down to find him, quickly pulling him up to the surface. Once he was above water he coughed harshly and frantically tried to tread water. I grabbed onto the mattress that was still around and tried to get him back on it.
Suddenly, Daichi and Asahi were next to us. I held the bed as Asahi and Daichi helped Tadashi up onto it. Tadashi was coughing still and shaking so bad as he laid on the mattress crying.
"Come on, let's get him back to shore." Daichi said, snapping my attention away from Tadashi for a second. "Yeah." I agreed and grabbed a corner of the mattress, pulling it as we swam towards the shore.
Tadashi had closed his eyes tightly as he cried and was clinging onto the mattress, so he didn't notice when we made it to shore.
I knelt down next to him, "Dashi, it's okay, we're on the shore now. You can let go." I said gently and rested my hand on his shoulder, rubbing it with my thumb.
His eyes suddenly opened and found mine. Without saying a word, he wrapped his arms around my neck, sobbing and shaking uncontrollably. I held him close as he continued to cry. "Shh, it's okay. You're safe Dashi." I whispered as he continued to sob.
