Brandy's POV

"Brandy." Denim says coming up behind me. Leaving a small kiss on my neck. "It's still nice out. Let's go for a walk." He says.

I frowned. I laughed shortly. "A walk? Denim I'm pretty sure I asked you to do that before and you got mad at me. What changed your mind?"

Denim looked away for a second. He shrugs. "I had a change of heart."

"Isn't it getting a little late though-"

Denim takes off his sweater and places it around my shoulders. "There...you'll be warm." He smiles.

"Why...well thank you Denim." I said putting on the sweater. I wrapped my arms around his neck, leaving a small, gentle kiss on his cheek.

Denim places his hand on my lower back guiding me out of the room. I caught a quick glance of a girl coming around the corner. She was gorgeous. Beautiful golden skin and thick curly black hair. She smiled softly before turning away.

As soon as we got into the elevator, the same girl followed in behind us. Denim glanced at her for a minute before grabbing my face and putting lips together. Pushing me against the wall, I felt his hand reach under my shirt grabbing my breast.

"Denim...stop it. There is someone else in here with us." I tried to tell him attempting to break the kiss.

"I don't care."

Denim made sure he got his way. Leaving kisses all over my face and neck. As soon as we got to the main floor, Denim stepped back and and pulled me out behind him.

"Wasn't that fun, Princess?" Denim says.

I raised an eyebrow crossing my arms. "You didn't see that there was someone else in elevator with us."

"No and even if I did...I wouldn't have given a fuck." He says kissing the side of my head. "Now walk a little faster."

"Where are we going?"

"I can't tell you, but hopefully you'll like it."

Denim takes my hand and drags me along for a few blocks. We reached some hidden path that lead to small park. Getting to a clearing, bright lights shined around a picnic table with a woven basket.

Turning back at Denim, he smiles leading me to the table. "If I didn't know any better, I would think that you are only romantic when it suits you." I teased. Denim sits across from me pouring a small glass of wine.

"I'm a very romantic person, Princess."

"Oh, Denim. You know that I don't drink." I tell him slightly pushing the glass away.

"Trust me you are going to want a glass soon. You'll like it. I promise."

"Oh, ok."

The majority of the evening, Denim kept surprising me with multiple gifts. From a bouquet of flowers to some of my favorite desserts. There was even slight music playing in background.

I haven't talked to Denim like this in a long time. Where he opened up for a bit and told me a few things about himself. He was never the one to express things about himself, but it was a definitely nice to see him be normal for once.

"Brandy...we talked before about...trying to start over, but I was hoping that we didn't have to start from the beginning." Denim says. "Brandy as much as I care about you and want to be with you, I'm not going to redo our dating moments."

I tilted my head a little confused. "I'm sorry, but I'm not quite sure what you are trying to get at here. You don't want to make our relationship work anymore?"
