The next morning Heiko woke up. He sat up in bed, and looked to his left side. Richi was still sleeping. He took his phone and saw it was 6:00. He stretched and sat down on the side of his bed. He got up and slowly opened the curtains to let in a bit of light. He made sure to just open it so far, that it won't wake Richi.

He took his suitcase and opened it. He took out a sweater and some jeans. He put them on, together with some boots. He grabbed his keys and wallet from the bedside table. When he did this, he saw Richi had opened his eyes. "Good morning" whispered Heiko. Richi mumbled something and turned his back towards Heiko. Heiko leaned in and gave him a kiss on the back of his head. After that he walked to the chair where he had hung his jacket and put it on. After that he took his camera and walked out the room, softly closing the door behind him.

It was a beautiful sunny morning in Paris. It was a bit cold, but Heiko didn't mind it. It was early, so not a lot of people would be out at this time. Perfect to take some pretty pictures around the city. He had some places he wanted to see first. Mont-martre is one of them. Usually it gets pretty busy here because it is one of the prettiest places to see in Paris. He took the Metro to the nearest stop. He would meet a friend there.

Ones he arrived, his friend was already waiting there for him. Next to him was another guy, who Heiko had never seen before. He looked young, short brown hair and blue eyes. He was wearing a yellow raincoat. Heiko walked up to them. "Bonjour!" He said laughing. "Guten dag!" Said his friend. He leaned in to give Heiko a hug. Heiko accepted the hug. After that he reached his hand out to the guy standing next to his friend.

"Heiko.."
"Benjamin"
"Pleasure to meet you."

"Benjamin is a good friend. He knows the city like the best." Said his friend. Heiko smiled. "So you live in Paris?" Benjamin smiled. "Yes! You can probably guess because of my bad English." Heiko laughed. "My English is bad as well. But we can understand each other that's what matters." Benjamin agreed.

"I feel like it is a good time to get a coffee." Said Heiko his friend. Heiko agreed. "So Benjamin, where is the best place to drink coffee here?" "Over there. They also have the best squire shaped donuts in the city." Heiko laughed. "Square shaped donuts?" "Yes!" "As you noticed.. Benjamin also likes the strangest things. Just like you." Said Heiko his friend. Heiko laughed. "I think we will become great friends."

They walked to the cafe and sat down on the terrace. A few seconds later a waiter came up to them to take their order. They ordered some coffee and some squire shaped donuts. While they waited for their order to come, said Heiko his friend: "this is a good time to get to know each other a bit better! Since we will spend the whole day together." "I agree! So Benjamin, you are the newest. So you start." Said heiko with a smile.

Benjamin looked at him with a shocked expression. But soon after it turned into a smile. "Oke.. well.. Sauton dans le terrier du lapin.." "what does that mean?" "Let's jump into the rabbit hole." Heiko laughed. "Why does everything sound so fancy in French?" "Because we are fancy.." said Benjamin with a joking facial expression.

"Well.. I am Benjamin.." he started. " I am 24 years old now, and I study photography at the university here in Paris. And something that might be good to know about me, is that I have a MPD."

"MPD?"

"Multi personalities disorder.. that means that there are multiple persons living inside of me."

"I heard about this before.. but I never really met someone who had it."

"It's pretty rare.."

Benjamin continued explaining some more about it. Heiko listened with full interest. Their coffee and donuts now got brought to their table. "Lets see if this is truly such an amazing thing" said Heiko as he took a bite of the square shaped donut. He saw Benjamin and his friend look at him with interest. "How is it?" "How do you say amazing in french?" "Phénoménal!"
Heiko laughed. "This is truly amazing."

They drank their coffee and ate the donuts. After that they went for a walk trough mont-martre, with Benjamin leading the way to the most exciting places. Heiko took some pictures. At some point they came across a fence. Benjamin stopped for a second. There were people coming from behind the fence. They ran ones they came back to the street.

"Pretty sure they did something illegal" said Heiko.
Benjamin laughed. "Behind this fence is an entrance to the Paris catacombs."
"How do you know that?"
"I live here?...."
Heiko raised his eyebrows.
"And I might have been in there a lot of times." "Really?"
"Yes!. As a child you get told never to go down there.. so what do you do as a teenager?"

Heiko laughed. I still want to to down there some time. Benjamin looked at him with a surprised face. "Why do you want that?"
"I am curious. I think for the same reason as you, when you first went down there."
"It's dangerous.."
"I don't want to, so if you two are planning something leave me out of it!" Said Heiko his friend.
Benjamin and Heiko laughed.
"I ones went down with friends and we found a girl deep in the catacombs.. she had fallen down one of the holes breaking her leg. The bone was sticking out at the knee. They were panicking because they got lost."
"That sounds like a horror story."
"It is, if you get lost, nobody will help you. The rule inside there is: do not talk to others. Mind your own business... they were lucky we found them and helped them out to the exit."
"Is that movie, as above so below really filmed inside there?"
"Yes! Pretty funny. The markings they made in the movie are really there. But they never went deep inside the catacombs. Because that is where it is truly getting scary."
"I want to go.."
Benjamin laughed. "It is possible. But then we need to prepare better. So it's not a good time to do now. But one day I can take you down."
"What do you need to prepare?"
"Water resistant clothing, flashlights, friends.. also.. because of Corona the catacombs are crowded with people."
"Really??"
"Yes! The police won't go down there. So people do meetings there. Sometimes satanic rituals. All kind or things happening there!"
"Then we go some other time.. But I keep you to it."
"Sure!"

They walked further for some time. It was now 12:00. Benjamin left them to go to school. Heiko and his friend sat down on the terrace in the center of Paris. They would wait here for Richi, Chris and Till to show up.

After some minutes Richi came walking up. "Good afternoon!" He said as he sat down next to Heiko. Soon after Till and Chris came walking up as well. They sat down as well. They talked for an hour about good old times. Then Heiko his friend started about their new Album they will be working on. They talked a few minutes about their plans, and that they will go to the south to record it. After some minutes of talking, Heiko his friend had to go to a meeting at his work so he left them.

"Any plans?!" Said Till out of nowhere.
"I want to see the Eiffel tower." Said richi.
"No sex under the Eiffel tower...."
Heiko laughed.
"Neither for you!" Said Till.
Heiko raised his eyebrows.
"We can go to the Norte dame.."
"Sure."

They spend the rest of the day walking around Paris. Heiko took some pictures and enjoyed the time of being together. At 18:00 they started to look for a good restaurant to eat. Heiko texted his fried: "what are good restaurants?" His friend responded with a phone number. " this is Benjamin his number. He knows best." Heiko send Benjamin a message. Benjamin suggested a restaurant on a rooftop with the view on the Eiffel tower. It was a beautiful restaurant and the food was amazing.

They spend the evening having some drinks and talking. This felt good, to have some time to relax together before they will start to work.

At some point they said goodbye and all went to their hotels. Ones Heiko and Richi arrived at their room, Heiko jumped on the bed. Richi laughed. You are such a child!! "Shut up." Richi laid down on the bed. Pretending to be dead. Heiko sat himself down on Richi his chest, who pretended that Heiko weighted 1000kg. Heiko laughed. Richi gave Heiko a kiss. "Ich liebe dich"..
