I was at the airport, getting my baggage and it was my bag and a luggage so I was able to find it quickly.

I was looking around to see if my uncle and hopefully my cousin was waiting for me but when I couldn't find them, I heard someone call out my name.

"Y/n!" I turned to the source of the yell to find my uncle waving happily and Lu Xia giving my uncle an annoyed look.

"Uncle," I greeted with a smile as he gave me a big hug.

"How is my favorite niece?" He asked as I gave him a short smile.

"I'm good. How are you doing, Lu Xia? Did anyone beat you in a tennis match yet?" I asked with a small smirk.

"You wish. Nobody beats me in tennis," He said with his annoyed expression as usual.

"Nobody?" I asked, hinting him that I beat him in a tennis match a year ago.

"Nobody except Dad... And you," He realized, making me smile as I threw my arm over his shoulder.

"Now, let's go home so I can beat you in another tennis match," I said to Lu Xia as we all went home.

It was now the next morning and last night, it turns out that I beat Lu Xia again.

"Y/n! Are you ready? We have to go to Yu Qing to enroll you," Uncle said through my door as I got up from my bed and got ready.

"Yep. Let's go," I said as we both left.

Turns out, I don't go to school until the next morning but they let me roam around the school.

After school, I went by the tennis court to see if the tennis team is as good as the students say.

"Lu Xia. You're on the tennis team?" I ask as I walk up to him, Lu Xia giving me a nod in response.

"Lu Xia. What are you doing not training? 20 laps around the court." The boy with glasses walks up to me as Lu Xia starts to run.

"May I help you?" The boy ask with a poker face.

"Oh, sorry if I'm bothering you. I'm new here and I just wanted to check out the tennis team," I apologize as I see him take a deep breath.

"You play?" He asks as I nod.

"Yeah. I was captain at my old school," I said with a small smile.

"I'm Siyang. The captain of Yu Qing's tennis team," He greets, holding his hand out for me to shake.

"Y/n. Lu Xia's cousin," I greeted back, shaking his hand.

"Oh yeah, I forgot to ask. Is there a girls' tennis team because I was thinking of joining," I asked him, remembering what I was here for.

"No, sorry. It's just the boys' tennis team,"

"Ah, okay. Thanks, anyway," I said with a short smile.

"Well, I gotta go. I have to get ready for my first day of school tomorrow," I said, before turning around to leave.

"Wait," I turned around to see Siyang walking towards me.

"I can talk to the coach to see if I can put you on the team," He said, making me smile.

"Really? Thanks,"

"No problem,"

"Now that I think about it... Do you want to go against me in a tennis match?" I ask as Siyang gives me a confused look.

"I mean as in a friendly match. You know, If the coach does accept me on the team, she might have to make me go against the team players," I said in a shy tone.

"Okay, sure. Tomorrow after school," He said, giving me a time.

"Hold on. It's not a tennis match without a bet," A boy said as he walks up with a group of boys who I assume are the main players of the tennis team.

"Jiale," Siyang said, glaring at the boy named 'Jiale'.

"I got one. Loser does whatever the winner requests,"

"Qiao Chen...,"

"Which is... the winner have to ask the loser on a date," Jiale finishes with a smirk.

"I'm down," I said with a shrug of my shoulders, making everybody look at me with a shocked expression.

"I mean. I never played tennis on a bet before so why not?" I said with a smile as I waved goodbye and left.

I went to my locker and grabbed my tennis bag, swinging it over my shoulder before making my way to the tennis court that was inside.

When I got there, everybody on the tennis team was there, waiting. Even my aunt (the coach).

"Uh... Why is everybody here? I thought Siyang and I were going to do the match," I said as I walked up to a nearby bench, setting my tennis stuff down.

"Well, we haven't seen Siyang play with someone before, especially a girl so we decided to watch," Zhou Zhi said with a small smile.

"Okay...," I said, before going to my stuff to grab my racket.

"Ready?" Siyang asked as he made his way to his side of the court.

"Always," I said with a smirk as I got in my position.

Siyang threw the ball up in the air before serving it to my side.

I gripped my racket and ran towards the other side of my court and hit the ball back to Siyang's side.

Then all of a sudden, I see Siyang doing a similar move.

But before I could react, the ball landed on my side of the court earning Siyang a point.

I look at Siyang to see him giving me a smirk before going to his position on his side of the court. Then the next match starts.

It was now 5-5 and either me or Siyang that wins.

The match starts and I start the serve with a basic hit but Siyang returns the ball with one of his signature moves.

'Huh. Two can play at that game.'

Before the ball makes his way towards my side of the court, I do the exact same movement and hit the ball back.

My move seemed to catch him off guard, earning me a point.

"Didn't expect that, huh?" I said with a smirk as the next match starts.

'This is the last match. Who will win? Me or Siyang?'

"6-5. The winner is...,"
