Jotaro slowly grew worried as he watched her breathing grow shorter by the second.

It was like an endless pit of white. Examining the 'environment' around her, she couldn't see anything of anyone in sight. Before she had gotten a chance to even take a step any where, she could feel her body plummeting downwards, staring at complete white, fading to black.

And when it did fade, she felt those horrible memories and thoughts come back to her. Those screams and shouts she didn't want to remember.

She was going to stay there forever, wasn't she?

Hearing a sweet warm voice call for her, she looked around, desperately trying to look for the voice that had called her name.

Y/N opened her eyes, groaning from what had seemed to be a nightmare, she once again examined her surroundings.

It was just Jotaro's room.

Sighing in relief, she look back forwards, only to be met by a pair of piercing orbs staring back at her. She flinched in shock, before furrowing her eyebrows.

Y/N hadn't realized the sun didn't even rise. She reached for her phone to check the time. It was only Half past 4 A.M, meaning she and Jotaro had hours before they were off to school. Adverting her attention back to Jotaro, she smiled playfully, but lightly.

"What do you want?"
"You looked constipated."
"...Excuse me?"
"I don't know. Must have been a nightmare."

Y/N scoffed and chuckled, before getting up. Grabbing her uniform that seemed to be washed, she dragged her feet to the bathroom, yawning quiet enough for nobody to hear.

As she unbuttoned her shirt, she couldn't help but think of Jotaro. Blushing involuntarily, Y/N jerked her head to face the mirror so she wouldn't think of him again.

As she stepped out, she noticed Jotaro outside of his room, sitting on the porch as he smoked a cigarette. Tiptoeing up to him, she lightly tapped his broad shoulders.

"Allow me to take you somewhere."

He scoffs.

"At four in the morning?"
"Sure. Both of us are awake. It won't be bad."
"No. It's too cold for anything right now."
"Okay mister buff guy! I didn't know you were so weak with temperature like this. It isn't even cold."

Jotaro couldn't help but chuckle, lightly shaking his head as he finished his cigarette and tossed it in a convenient ash bin. He liked seeing Y/N lighten up like this. He hadn't realized how precious moments like this were to him.

"Yare yare. Fine."
"Good."

Jotaro stood up, before ruffling Y/N's hair. Y/N yelps before cursing him under her breath.

Y/N waited by their front yard pond, watching the koi fish swim about. Smiling unconsciously, Y/N hadn't realized Jotaro was right behind her.

"Are you ready to go or not?"

Flinching, Y/N turns around in embarrassment, before aggressively marching in front of Jotaro, leaving the front yard.

"Let's go."

The walk there was completely silent. It wasn't awkward though. It was more comforting, like how it usually was. It gave Y/N enough time to sort out her thoughts. Feeling a slow increase of sand underneath her feet, she stops right at the entrance.

"Here we are."
"...The beach?"

She turns around, lightly smiling at Jotaro.

"You said the sound of rain didn't spike your interest. I hope the ocean will."

Jotaro's face was a bright red, turning his head away to avoid eye contact with the girl. He covered his mouth as he couldn't get the image of Y/N out his mind. From the corner of his eye he could see Y/N continue walking, so he trailed right behind her.

"Just listen to the sound of the ocean, yanno?"

Y/N strolled around, staring into the horizon. Doing as instructed, Jotaro stood still and gazed at the blue waves, softly rocking back and forth, making a noise that effortlessly put him at ease. He could feel his muscles slowly loosen up, his thoughts unknotting and his eyes slowly closing. Y/N glanced at Jotaro, admiring him as he was in a calm state of mind. Not bothering to interrupt him, she did the same as Jotaro, smiling softly.

The scent of salt overwhelmed his nose as he carefully sort out everything in his mind. opening his eyes slowly, he glanced at the smaller figure, standing tall as she kept her eyes shut. He couldn't help but smile, cocking his head ever so softly, admiring her as her hair flow freely with the mild gusts of wind.

Before the both of them knew it, class had already started and they were both late. Immediately opening her eyes, she turns around before latching on to his arm and shaking him violently.

"What?"
"We're gonna be late! Let's go!"
"Oh."
