I was about to open the door but Emma stopped me. She said she has a better idea and peek through the window instead of opening the door. Which is safer..

"So? What do you see?" Emma asked

"I- I see a man's figure.." I uttered

"C- Could it be him?" She said nervously

"Stay here.. I'm just going to get something" I said and she nodded

I came downstairs to lock the extra lock on the door quietly and grabbed my gun quickly. Luckily I bought one then I got my bat to give to Emma. I ran upstairs and saw Emma panicking already. When she saw me she hugged me tightly

"Don't do that again!" She said then hit me lightly

"Do what baby?" I asked

"You were moving too slow which made me nervous. I'm going to kill you" Then we laughed

"Now now relax okay? I'm here already, it's not healthy for the baby.. Here hold this bat incase." I said

After a while she got sleepy so I let her sleep. Then the banging on the door vanished. I peeked on the window and saw no one, so I made breakfast for us.

When I was done making our breakfast, I called my dad.

"Dad can you please give us guards? Yesterday, there was someone banging on our door. Luckily I still have my gun" I said

"I have a better idea.. Why don't you move out?" Dad replied

"I would have to talk to Emma for that. Anyways I'll call you when she agrees. Thanks dad love you!" I said then hung up

CHRISTINE POV

She was gone when I woke up. After the events that happened yesterday I started overthinking and immediately went downstairs with the bat she gave me

When I went downstairs and saw her cooking I was relieved

"Hey baby good morning. How's your sleep?" She asked while giving me a peck

"It's good. Did you sleep?" I asked her

"Not really I was wide awake" She said while giggling

"You better sleep after this!" I yelled then we both laughed

"Babe I have something to ask you.." She said which made me nervous

"W- what is it" I asked her nervously

"No need to be nervous baby.. I was just going to ask you if you wanted to move out?" She asked then held my hand

"I thought of this because of the incident last night and even called dad. This was his advice and I see nothing wrong. It's also for the good of our family. So what do you say?" She added

"When will we leave?" I asked her which made her smile

"As soon as possible babe" She said then kissed me

"But before that.. I have one condition.." I said while smirking
