Hey guys! Welcome to this update. So, as the title says, this is about methods. I will be posting methods separate so its more descriptive. This is just here to clarify one thing.
You do not need a method.
People often say you NEED methods but you actually don't! It's all about your mindset. If you really believe you can shift, then you will shift. It may take a while without methods but it also takes a while with methods! All you really need to shift is a positive mindset. No methods are compulsory. So please ignore anyone saying you need a method, you do not.
You can either shift without a method, with a method OR without a method BUT with subliminals or vibrations! (by this i mean if you want to do something but dont want to use a method, you dont need subs though!)
If your a beginning shifter, methods are basically something that you can do/ think to assist you with your shifting journey!
