ONLY THE SOUND OF ANDREA'S humming could be heard throughout the otherwise quiet halls of S.H.I.E.L.D's facility. As they passed by, many agents took to staring at the brunette for her actions. But, the Jones woman didn't bother to take notice. Andy was probably what brought half the entertainment to their work. In truth, they should have been thankful for her.
She thought the zero tolerance for 'fooling around' was boring and held a passionate dislike for it. Hence the reason why most agents would have called her childish and immature if given the chance.
Though, then again, most agents hadn't seen Andrea on the field.
When she had begun her training as both a S.H.I.E.L.D agent and an Avenger, the Jones woman was taught the importance of each mission. She was to do everything she could to get the job done and ensure that everything was handled safely. On the field, during a job, Andrea was one of the best.
Her skills in demolition, infiltration, sharp-shooting, and hand to hand combat protected her against threats alongside her abilities. These said abilities included the power of telekinesis, teleportation, and telekinetic energy blasts. Though, the female generally strayed from using them as they wore down her physical energy.
Either way, it didn't matter; Andrea was still one of the best─ with or without her powers.
As the brunette rounded the corner to the control room, she was drawn out of her thoughts as she caught sight of Steve. A grin grew on the female's lips upon seeing his back facing her and, with a brilliant idea in mind, she made her way towards him. Andrea was completely silent, holding back the urge to laugh as she crept up behind the unaware Rogers man.
Once she'd gotten close enough, the brunette lowered her mouth to his ear. "Attention!" The female cried, mimicing the voice of a drill sergeant. Steve startled in his seat, but was quick to rise and whirled around to face his friend. At the sight of the man's panicked expression, Andrea instantly began to laugh.
Despite her age and skill, the brunette had to admit that she was quite childish when given the opportunity.
"How many times do I have to tell you not to do that?" Steve questioned, an exasperated sigh leaving his lips. His chest was still heaving from the rush of adrenaline infused by Andrea's scare. The sight only caused the Jones woman to let out another chuckle. She sat down in the seat across from him, propping her feet against the table.
"Oh, two, maybe three times a day. Sorry, old man." The brunette teased with a cheeky wink. Steve could only roll his eyes at his close friend's words before he returned to reading his paper. Who the hell reads a newspaper now-a-days? The female couldn't help but think to herself.
