It was all like a fairytale.
I meet him during a stormy afternoon.
He was like the knight in shining armor.
I was so blinded by him that I didn't see the malicious underneath.
He held out a hand for me and I was blinded by emotions I didn't see he had thorns in his hands.
like a vine.
It latched on to me and wouldn't let me go.
I was blinded by the rose that looked so beautiful and elegant that it was only natural. It was like an instinct.
The rose was like a mask and it fell after he showed his true intentions.
I should've been mad.
I should've been betrayed.
I should've been sad.
I should've been crying
I should've felt something.But instead.
I stood and took his side.
Again and again.
If you asked me if I'd do it again.
I would reply 'yes' in an instant.
It's toxic but if it was him than I think I'll be fine with it.
'he was there when no one else was and he showed me a new side of me I never new.'
And the more I knew the more I felt alive.
It made me feel alive.
He made me feel alive. He played me like a pawn.
But I felt like the queen.
You could call me crazy.
But this is my twisted fairytale.
