Acknowledgements:

Hey everyone! So, wow, this is the last update before the epilogue and then Code Red will truly be over!! But before I start to talk about what’s coming up, I want to just take the time to really acknowledge some important people that really helped me bring Code Red together.

I first want to thank one of the closest people to me, my cousin Jen. She was the first person I told about Code Red and she immediately wanted to help me be a better writer. Every single chapter I have written has been first sent to her to make sure everything flowed and was as best as it could be. Code Red wouldn’t be the story it is today without her! She is currently writing a story called “The Vampire King” so if you are interested in vampire/romance books, go check her out ;) (She’s the person I dedicated this chapter to). I cannot thank you enough Jen… Love you more than words can describe.

The second and third person I want to thank are my best friends Alyssa and Stephanie. They were the second set of people I told about my story and they have supported me all this time. It’s an amazing feeling to know I have two friends like them that I can talk over ideas with and not feel embarrassed, and actually have them read the story and be major fans like everyone else I love you both way too much and wouldn’t want to replace you guys for the world.

The fourth person(s) I want to thank are Wattpad writers @RealityCheck101… These two girls, Kylie and Kelsey were my first friends here on Wattpad. I read two of their amazing stories (Best Friends with the Player and Surviving Life with the O’Conner Boys) and decided to reach out to them one day when Code Red wasn’t really big. They were so kind and immediately started reading Code Red and ever since then, we have been good friends. They have helped me put ideas together and I love to have people like them in my life even if we can’t see each other face to face. Their stories are amazing and I seriously recommend you guys reading them! Thank you Kylie and Kelsey for being great internet friends :)

Of course there are a lot of people I want to thank, but I can’t list every single one of them. So, the last couple million people I want to thank…. ARE YOU GUYS! Without you guys, this story would have never been written. The amount of comments, emails, or inbox messages you guys write to me pushed me to be the writer I am today. I would have never finished Code Red without all your support… When I started Code Red, I would have never thought it could have possibly grown to be this big. As of right now, Code Red has 4.4 million reads, 70.8 thousand votes, 24 thousand comments, and has reached #2 in Humor and #3 in Teen Fiction… THAT IS ABSOLUTELY CRAZY!!! And that would have never happened without you guys!! So again, I can’t thank you all enough!

Now, for what is coming up… I’m sad to say, that as of right now, there will be NO sequel or spin off!! I’m sorry to disappoint any of you, but it is time to say goodbye to the Top 4, the Trio, the Quad, and the Crew….

BUT, there are more exciting things to come!! I am starting TWO new stories!! That’s right, two!! One will be Save Me from Sinking (which is nothing like the summary I gave you before) and Totally Accidental! I am so excited to share these two stories with you and I can’t wait to start writing them! So even though there is no sequel or spin-off, I hope you guys can give these two new stories a chance!!

Love you all so so so much and I couldn’t have done this without you guys! NOW WHO’S EXCITED FOR THE EPILOGUE?!! I know I am :)
