After I got him to snap out of just staring at me he suddenly said "I am surprised but then again there was something more 'special' about you but I don't see you as a different person as when we just met, it doesn't matter how you look as long as we can still stick together" he spoke, his words made me tear up but I just smiled it away and nodded "I'm so glad you think that" I spoke up a bit surprised of his words but also happy.
A few minutes past by of us talking things out, we then finally decided to get going but we had to find a way to get in and doing it without getting caught in the action. "How are we going to do this" he asked, I looked at him with a confused face expression "well I've never been here before so, I don't really know" I said to him, he sighed and I did as well "well there must be a way in without using the main entrance" he said and I agreed, we then agreed to looking around the building for any hidden places we could get in, we couldn't really find one until we looked up and saw an open window "it's an opportunity" I said in an unsure tone, he nodded and agreed but it was the try worth.
We got our way up and in through the window and into the building "we did it" I whispered, he nodded and smiled a bit at me. "Now we just have to find your mom and get the hell out of here" he said whispering "I agree" I spoke up in the same tone as him, we smiled a bit at each other and started to get going, we looked each side of the door and out into the hallway, we heard some people talking a few meters away so we knew we shouldn't go that way unless we wanted to get caught. "Where do you think your mom is" he asked whispering "I don't know" I answered back and sighed "it's okay" he said, I nodded as we continued to walk down the hallway.
A few minutes turned into hours of us just walking down the hallway and into other small and big rooms but my mother was no where to be found, we didn't know where to look but we just kept walking, hours passed and we found somewhere to spend the night, we found a closet like room, medium sized so we both could be in there, there were a key and we used it to lock and open the door, it was dark and a bit comfy knowing that I wasn't alone on this journey anymore, we talked for a few hours about different things we liked and how our lives were so different, we became best friends, for once I was happy...
Deep down even tho we just met I know he cares for me and I also care for him, I mean for everything he had done to help me out, it's amazing, it's like starting my life over completely.. knowing that I'm not alone, knowing that someone cares about me, knows about me.. it just warms me up inside and gives me hope even if it's all just in my head.
That night I went to sleep scared of knowing that we might get caught but also knowing that I have someone to talk to even if my mother wasn't alive.. but I still hope she is, I went to sleep with a tear running down me cheek of happiness and sadness.
