A Vacation That Never Ends...

It was actually happening, I wouldn't ever see anyone back in Dallas again, we were on a plane, a plane to California. It wasn't a massively long journey, but every minute that went by, I could hear my mum frantically trying to explain what would be happening, the school that I would be going to and what is was like. I looked up at her and wrapped one arm around her and wrapped my other around dad, it was the warmest hug and I'm pretty sure it was what I needed. I let go of all the nerves, and made an oath to myself, I swore to be myself. That way I'll get the friends that are right for me. And if I'm genuinely nice, no one can have a massive issue with me right? But to be honest the last thing I want or need is any enemies...
