"I TRUST YOU" JENSEN points to rudy as the couple gets ready to board their plan to alaska.
"i'll take care of her, i promise" rudy nods
"it's gonna be weird not having you home" genevieve sighs as she goes to hug her daughter
"i'm never home either way" maeve jokes
genevieve chuckles softly "have fun sweetheart" with one last kiss to her daughters temple "i love you"
"i love you too mom" maeve tells her with a smile
the two couple board their plan, luckily they were able to get seats together and maeve got the seat next to the window.

as their plan landed, one of rudy's brother, alec picked the couple up from the airport and drove them to rudy's parents house. maeve the whole ride was looking out of the car window taking in the beautiful sight of ketchikan, alaska. alec asking her a few questions here and there. but nonetheless, alec was fond of the girl. arriving at rudy's home, maeve became a nervous wreck.
"hey" rudy chuckles softly as he notices maeve.
"what if they hate me? what if they think i'm not pretty enough for you? what if they think i'm not good enough for—
rudy cutting her off with a sweet kiss. "trust me, they'll love you" he said, as he pulled away "plus you're the most beautiful girl in this world, how could they possibly think you're not pretty nor good enough? common maeve" he scoffs jokingly
maeve chuckling softly. "common" rudy said, extending his hand out for hers. she gives in.
rudy's brother had brought up their suitcases, as the two had their little talk. as they made their way inside, maeve seen a awaiting sweet lady. "rudy!" she exclaims as rudy walks towards her, giving her a sweet hug
"hi mom" he chuckles softly. a smile creeping on maeve's face.
as they pull away, rudy's mom glances back at maeve who has a small smile on her face. "maeve!" she perks up "you're even more gorgeous in person" she smiles sweetly as she walks over to maeve, hugging her softly
"thank you so much" maeve chuckles softly with a smile
"it's finally nice to meet you! i'm penny, and rudy here talks so much about you" she chuckles sweetly
"is that so?" maeve gives rudy a teasing smile
"no i d—
"oh yes he most certainly does! all good things!" she reassures maeve as she cuts off rudy "i remember the first time he met you he said 'mom she is literally the most beaut—
"mom!" rudy cuts her off "i should show maeve her room"
"you mean your room?"

after a few minutes of arriving, maeve met henning, rudy's second brother. henning was also fond of the girl. rudy and henning had gone out into the city to pick up some lunch for the family to eat.
so that left maeve and penny. penny wanting to get to know maeve more, asked her questions about herself; how old she is, her birthday, her favorite season (surprising they both loved winter), her favorite tv show/movie, maeve's favorite acting gig she's had, about her family (mostly about jensen; considering penny loves supernatural), her favorite states she's visited, etc.
the two were currently looking a rudy's baby pictures. "oh my gosh" maeve awes at how baby rudy was smilingly brightly with his baby blue eyes
the two were so distracted, they didn't even hear the two boys come in. "this one! oh my goodness" penny chuckles as she points to baby rudy sitting in a mini pool "rudy was probably around 4, he was swimming, and he accidentally poops" penny chuckles
"mom!" rudy shouts as he comes out from kitchen, startling the two
"it's okay hunny" penny and maeve chuckle
maeve placing the album on the table she gets up and walks over to rudy with a teasing smile "you were only four" she chuckles. rudy rolling his eyes as he pulls maeve closer, by placing a hand over her shoulders. "you had a cute little toosh" she continues to tease
"shut up" he playfully mutters as he leans in to kiss her softly. penny smiling at the sight of them two, she was over the moon, seeing her son happy.

maeve was finishing up helping penny with dinner. the whole family was also waiting for andrew, rudy's father to arrive.
as maeve finished washing her hands, she walked towards the living room to see rudy chuckling to himself on his phone. maeve narrows her eyes. "what are you looking at?" she asks
rudy immediately turning off his phone "nothing" he says. trying to hold back a smile
"you're up to something" she mutters
before he could respond the front door opens, revealing andrew.
"rudy!" he mutters in excitement as he sees his son
"hey pops" rudy smiles as he goes to hug his father
"it's so good to see you!" andrew chuckles, his eyes landing on maeve
"dad this is—
andrew cutting his son off "maeve" he finishes "it's so great to finally meet the girl who stole my sons heart"
maeve smiling to rudy, who seems to be blushing "it's nice to meet you too sir" she smiles
