No P.O.V

After the mission Helbram and king are standing on the wall surrounding Liones, they watch as some fireworks go off
"Hey Herlequin?"
"Hm?" King doesn't look over
"Sorry about Diane, I didn't mean to mess it up"
"It's no problem, honestly I was getting tired of her anyway" King buries his face in chastifol
"Why are you hiding your face?" Helbram asked oblivious
"N-nothing"
"No, what's wrong?"
"Promise this won't ruin our friendship?" King peeped up
"Nothing could ruin our friendship Harlequin" Helbram looked at his friend, genuinely worried

King looked up and leaned in, pecking Helbram and burying his face back in the pillow. A tense silence fills the air as Helbram stands processing what just happened, before smiling
"Why didn't you just say something?" He floats over and pulls the pillow out of kings face before kissing him on the forehead, king smiles a bit and repositions himself on the pillow as Helbram climbs on

King crawls forward, sitting down in Helbrams lap and resting his head on the other fairys chest as Helbram wraps his arms around the sin

The steady hum of chatter down below the wall is occasionally drowned out by fireworks as the fairies soak in the tender moment, Helbram leans down and rests his head on the smaller fairy

No words are uttered but the pair still appreciate the moment as they both listen to the others breath

They feel as if they are the only two in the world and, despite the loud fireworks and chatter, everything is silent
Everything is still
Everything is perfect

In typical me fashion, I may post an update about the views or votes or something but this is the end of my Harlebram story

I might write another sometime but I need to take a break from Harlebram for the time being because...
