The party don't STOP til' I walk in.

3:46 am. That's what time it is and I am still awake. Do you wanna know why? No, it's not because I have insomnia, diarrhea, or some other health problem. It's because Harrington Rivers is having a party and he just so happens to be my next door neighbor. It's Friday night and I have to take my SATs in the morning. Now I only have four hours until I have to get up!

Throwing the covers off my body I jump out of bed and slip on some nikes. I glance at the onesie I'm wearing and think about changing, but dismiss the thought. I storm out of my room and down the stairs.

As soon as I step out of my front door I should regret coming outside, but embarrassing myself is the least of my worries right now. The party is at full blaze when I step to the driveway of the house. People flood the front yard as I try to make my way to the house to find the host of the party; Harrington.

Right as I attempt to walk through the vast double front doors, a huge arm stops me.

"Why hello beautiful! Didn't think to see you here." Jake taunts me.

"Seriously move! I didn't think Rivers needed a guard dog." I retort while trying to push pass him. I'm unsuccessful since he's bigger than me.

" I'd prefer to be called a bodyguard! And Harrington made it perfectly clear to not let you, specifically, into this party. Sorry Hun." He says giving me a satisfied smirk at the end.

"Uggh! Stop being so difficult! Just let me in!" I yell in irritation. When I saw he wasn't budging, I did what I had to do.

"Are you crying? Stop! Okay! Okay! I'll let you in. Just don't tell Rivers. Now stop crying." Jake says trying to calm me down.

"Thank you. I just really need to talk to him." I say with a fake smile, sniffling and wiping my fake tears.

I brush past Jake. Mentally patting myself on the back. The loud music, dancing bodies, and smell of smoke and alcohol immediately alert my senses almost distracting me from my purpose of being here.

As I'm making my way through the living room, I'm stopped dead in my tracks. But not by someone this time, but by a certain song.

(Drank)
Hold that cup like alcohol, hold that cup like alcohol
Hold that cup like alcohol
Don't you drop that alcohol
Never drop that alcohol, never drop that alcohol
I know you thinkin' bout alcohol
I know I'm thinkin' bout that alcohol

Without thinking I started moving to the music. In the midst of all my dancing, somehow a drink was handed to me and Harrington was all forgot about.

After ten songs and several red solo cups, I happen to look at my phone.

"Oh shit!", It was almost four thirty in the morning!

Realizing I only have a few hours before my SATs, I rush out of the living room and into the kitchen in search for Harrington. Thankfully my eyes came across him. His tan skin, light ruffled hair, piercing blue eyes, and dimples that accompanied his bright smile. He is beautiful. Wait, what? How drunk am I? Focus Paris, I tell myself.

As soon as Harrington spots me his grin turns into a full on smirk. Great, the asshole has arrived. Wasting no time I head towards him with my fake smile intact.

"Well if it isn't my wonderful neighbor Paris.", Harrington says sarcastically as I approach him, " I wasn't expecting to see you here. After all you weren't invited."

"It's nice to see you too. And let's be clear, I'm Paris, I don't need an invitation. Oh and your security is slacking.", I retort back with my fake smile never faltering.

"Don't you have your SATs tomorrow?", He knows I do. Jerk.
"Shouldn't you be resting. Wouldn't want to be tired during the test." He fakes concern.

"If your music and partygoers weren't so loud I would be sleeping like a baby right now. But instead, I'm up at 4am when my SATs are in less than three hours. Long story short, can you please stop your party." I say and hope he has a heart somewhere in that hard, very toned chest of his.

"No.", he simply states.

"I was hoping you would cooperate.", I say pulling out my phone.
" I guess the police will have to stop it then.", I say in my bitchiest tone and smile.

"You're going to regret this.", he says while grabbing the remote for his sound system and cutting the music off. The look on his face makes me smile at my enemy. It's full of defeat and my victory.

"Sorry everyone but the party's over. Go home!", he screams once the music stops. They all just look at him with blank and confused faces.

"Get the fuck out!", they finally all turn to leave.

Seeing that my work was done, I headed along with the crowd towards the door.

"Hey Paris!" , Harrington shouts before I could get out the door, making me turn to face him.

"I'm going to make your life a living hell.", He firmly states.

Ignoring the feeling that he's serious, I calmly say, "Bring it."
