When someone says "What the hell?" Annabeth starts screaming. When someone says "We will learn about Tartarus." Annabeth starts screaming. When anyone says "I'm a Taurus" Annabeth starts screaming. She's a strong character who keeps her head screwed on right. She's not a sensitive screaming idiot. I've read a mmd with no mist and they were playing an underworld video game, and after they played like five minutes, Annabeth and and Percy lost it. I liked that because it was both of them, not making the strong girl look weak.

Let's take a moment. We have the man-hating goddess of maidenhood who falls in love with the straight son of Poseidon who's in the perfect relationship. WAIT! That relationship is no longer perfect, seeing as Annabeth 'got bored of Percy,' 'found someone better' or even 'Percy was a heartless idiot." Yes I just read one of those. She cheats on him with his brother Nathan (ALWAYS NATHAN) and then proceeds to hate Percy for forever. I have never finished a Pertemis fic, no matter how hard I have tried. Percy is canonically straight by the way.
