You were walking with Chara back to Undyne's house while talking to her about Waterfall and some places you've walked through while holding her hand.

Y/n: So, honestly, I don't even know how I survived that fall from when she broke the bridge, lucky me there was a bed of golden flowers underneath me... Again...

Chara: Those flowers... Maybe there's someone there? I don't know, maybe not

Y/n: I wonder

Chara: But that's ridiculous though! I don't think anyone would be there, it's all water, well, most of it

Y/n: It's interesting actually,

Chara: Hey, after that, there's the abyss, right?

Y/n: Yeah, I wonder where it leads to

Chara: Probably just a underground river, but still, when I was... Well alive, Asriel and I used to play there a lot, there was still a lot of junk, but not as dangerous

Y/n: There's a broken bike there, I wish I knew how to fix that, It'd be way easier to walk through here

Chara: Well, it'd be nice, but I don't get tired, you basically drag me everywhere you go

You look at her, she seems happier then she was back when you did the geno route, maybe all she needed was this

Chara: You okay? You seem a little worried...

Y/n: Yeah! Just... Thinking... You seem happy, that's great

Chara: Well, it tends to happen when someone as lonely as I was find someone like you

You look at her smiling

Chara: Don't you start now, I'm just happy I met you

You look at a giant structure that reads "LAB"

Y/n: Guess we're approaching a Lab

Chara: Really? What gave you that idea?

Y/n: I suddenly want to make some sort of chemistry right now

Chara stops for a moment and you enter the lab, which is totally dark, without a single spot of light, you kept walking and heard a door open and close, then suddenly the lights are turned on and you're met with a little yellow... Dinosaur?

???: Oh. My god. I didn't expect you to show up so soon! I haven't showered, I'm barely dressed, it's all messy, and...

Y/n: Chill girl, quite acting nervous, it's okay. So, who are you?

Chara : Didn't all dinosaurs died?

She suddenly gets all red

Alphys: Y-y-yeah! I'm Dr. Alphys. I'm Asgore's royal scientist! B-b-but, ahhhh, I'm not one of the "bad guys"! Actually, since you stepped out of the ruins, I've, um... Been "observing" your journey through my console. Your fights... Your friendships... Everything! I was originally going to stop you, but... Watching someone on a screen really makes you root for them. S-so, ahhh, now I want to help you! Using my knowledge, I can easily guide you through Hotland!
