I figured out how I will do it. I'll alert the Intergalactic Police Department. It'll be an anonymous tip off. I found the location and date, though its meaning is difficult for me to understand. I am slowly uncovering much of the advancements in the future, but this is something I've not seen before.
I've actually visited it. It is a room created by entering the fourth dimension, which is why I need to notify the Intergalactic Police Department because anything earlier is not advanced enough to get there.
I'll place a camera in the room so I can make sure it works. I have not actually witnessed my plans come to fruition yet, so there is still hope that the Intergalactic Police may stop me.
