TW SH mention
Y/n's P.O.V
"How did you find out?" CC inquired.
"If you look up at the ceiling, you'll notice that it's made of concrete. If you're not standing on a concrete floor in a building, this whole thing might as well collapse." I said this while pointing up.
"I see. That's very astute of you." Andy just stood there. "Thanks! When I was in middle school, I did a lot of criminology research. It was enthralling." I smiled as I gazed into those deep blue eyes.
"Yes, it's fascinating." Andy returned his gaze, as if in love. "Alright. So we were in a multi-story building. What does this mean?" Jake inquired, leaning against the wall.
"He is correct. It could simply inform us that we are on the first floor." Lonny concurred. "Right. But take a look at the walls. They are simply cement. I mean, if you live in a multi-story building, wouldn't you want to take care of the walls? What I mean is that we might be in a basement. Unless this is an abandoned building, we must remain in an open area so that it does not appear suspicious. Do you understand what I'm saying?" I inquired as I looked around the room.
"So you're saying our kidnappers didn't want to draw attention to themselves, so they put us in a building right in the middle of the city so cops wouldn't look here?" Lonny inquired, trying to comprehend.
"Correct." I spoke.
"Why couldn't you just say that? My mind is fried!" CC yelled, rubbing his brow.
I chuckled as I watched Jake and Jinxx attempt to calm him down while he paced in a circle, massaging his temples.
"So that answers one of my questions. Then there's the question of how we're going to get out of here." Jinxx took a few steps back and took a look around the room.
"Please keep your voices down." Everyone was hushed by me. When I put my ear against the cold cement wall, they all went silent.
"What exactly is it?" Lonny had inquired. "I'm not sure what I'm hearing; could one of you come over here and confirm what I'm hearing?" Jake approached and leaned against the wall. He inquired, "Is that...car horns?" "I believe we're in a city, guys."
"Well, that puts Y/n's theory to rest." Andy was the one who spoke up.
"But it's really perplexing. Why would anyone choose to place us in the heart of a city?" Jake queried. "This kidnapper obviously picked up tricks from other kidnappers. Maybe he's connected to some kidnappers or he learned from his mistakes." I sigh.
"So either he is an experienced kidnapper who did not perform his duties, or he is collaborating with experts in this field, am I right?" Jake confirmed. I replied, "Exactly."
"Alright. This is good. This is excellent. We are moving forward." Andy laughed.
"All we need to do is figure a way out of this place. Yet how?" Lonny raised an eye.
Before I could react, someone had grabbed my arm and was quickly dragging me outside the door. "Andy!" I screamed.
Andy attempted to defend me before they shut the door, but he was ultimately knocked to the ground.
Simply amazing. Keep your composure Y/n. I thought, feeling confident.
I looked around to see if I could find a way out as the strong man dragged me through the corridors.
I could hear my heart beat speeding up when we turn down a hallway.
Andy's P.O.V
Y/n is gone and there is nothing we could do about it. "Why did you two remain motionless?" At them, I yelled. "Please, Andy." Lonny made an effort to calm me down.
"Don't Andy me!" I said. "Is there anyone with a pen?" I queried.
One was taken out, and CC gave it to me. I entered the restroom and shut the door behind me.
CC's P.O.V
Glad Andy snatched the pen away from me. He actually required it. "What was the purpose of that pen?" Lonny queried.
Jake, Jinxx, and I sat down on the floor and explained the band history to him because he was still very new to it.
"You may have heard the song Knives and Pens." I ask.
"Of course. It ranks among my favorites. Why?" Lonny queried. "Do you comprehend what it means?" asked Jinxx.
"Andy experienced a very difficult childhood and became addicted to self-harm. Before he met any of us, he almost ended it. But after discovering us and starting this band, he understood that he needed to stop because he had a problem. So he gave up. Our fans are being told in the song Knives and Pens that self-harming isn't worth the suffering. Andy then devised a strategy to stop harming himself. He expressed himself in writing." I said.
"Andy got the inspiration for a song from there. It is trying to tell you that despite how awful you might feel and how nobody cares about you, there is still someone out there who is considering you. It is implying that self-harming is not the answer to your problems and that writing down your feelings will make you feel better rather than allowing them to make you feel worse." Jake bowed his head and looked down.
"Wow. I was clueless." Lonny expressed sadness. "Yeah. I started carrying a pen around for Andy after he came out to me and said that so he wouldn't ever start his addiction again. There are many people who are concerned about him. We all perish if he does. That's the way the BVB army works." I said.
"If he doesn't have paper, where does he write it?" Lonny queried. "Wherever he can. If he writes it on a wall or another surface that he cannot carry with him, he will return to that location and record it there in his journal. Sometimes, he would jot it down on his arm, wash it off, and become upset that he hadn't recorded it in his journal." Jake clarified.
"In this instance, he might jot it down on the wall or, after finishing, place it on a piece of toilet paper and put it in his pocket. He might also return here if we flee this place." I sighed.
