chapter 1

The servants from Akashi household, were crying on the benches, thanking God that they finally witnessed their young master's heart grown smile.

Akashi and Tetsumi's sons were standing beside their grandfather, looking at their mom in awe.

Tetsumi walked, not caring about the audience since her eyes were locked on with Akashi, she was walking calmly, blushing lightly.

On the other hand, Kuroyuki was nervous, she was blushing hardly. She looked at her groom who happened to be her crush since a very long time, just two weeks ago, he confessed, then because of some things they were talking earlier, he proposed, it was all too fast, she even don't know if she was ready or not, but then, she trust Kuroko very much, thinking she was lucky to have him. She always dreamt of him being her groom, but now, it's real.

As Tetsumi reached together with Kuroyuki, Akashi's father turned to Kuroko and stared at him for a short moment. "I'll be leaving my daughter to your care.."

Kuroko gave a nod as response. Tetsumi's father on the other hand just simply smiled at Akashi, even though it was already the wedding day, he didn't liked Akashi a bit, though he discussed things with Akashi earlier. But then, building their father-son relationship, Akashi was surely to do it.

Akashi held Tetsumi's hand as the two fathers went to the side. Akashi then leans toward Tetsumi and whisper in her ear, "You look stunning.." He smiled at her as he went standing beside her, facing the pastor.

Tetsumi blushed at this but remained quiet since the ceromony went on as it was programmed. It then came to time of the exchanges of vows. The pastor ask to deliver Tetsumi's first.

Tetsumi faced Akashi, smiling, her cheeks blushing. "Seijuro.. We have been through many things.. but then we continued to move on.. My feet run because of you, my heart beats because of you, my mind thinks because of you, and I love.. because of you.. I promise above all else to live in truth and to communicate fully and fearlessly.. I promise to love you forever.. you and only you.."

The pastor smiled at her wonderful wedding vow, he then looked at Akashi next, signalling him to give his vow next.

Akashi nodded at him, just then Akashi held her hands and fixed his eyes on her. "You have brought joy in my lonely world.. You painted smiles in my wall full of frowns. You splattered my pale wall with colors. You drew love in my heart.. You taught me how to appreciate every simple thing, you brought life in me.. I can't promise a life without obstacles, but one thing I am sure of.. I can't live without you. And in this day.. I vow to love you eternally."

Tetsumi was trying her best to hold back her tears, she can't help but smile lovingly at him. "I love you.." She mouthed to him as she smiled happily, giving a light squeeze in his hands.

Akashi smiled gently at her, "As I do to you.." He mouthed back at her.

This time, the pastor turned to Kuroko as if gesturing him to say his vow.

Kuroko simply nodded and turned to Kuroyuki, he held her hands, then smiled warmly at her. "I am just a shadow and you're a light.. you have known me better than anyone else and still, you came to love me..There is a part of me today that cannot believe that I'm the one who gets to marry you.. Until today, the day I that I told you I loved you, the day that I knew I was going to marry you.. The only girl for me.. it will always be you, forever.. Thank you for accepting my proposal.."

Then the pastor gestured at Kuroyuki.

"Your proposal sucks, do you know that?" The crowd laughs at what she said. "And I can't see through your pokerface most of the times, I don't know how to deal with you after this.." She chuckled but was getting teary. "I'll love you as long as I'm alive. Even if the time comes when I must leave this world..I'll always look after you. Thank you for all the times you spent on me. For understanding me. For seeing the bright side of my flaws..for choosing me to be the woman you'll spent for the rest of your life with."
