Possible outage, Password problem.

I suggest that until this issue is fixed people on mobile shouldn't log out of their accounts and people who normally access their account on a computer to save their password or find the email that accepted their password in the first place. I have written more about this glitch in a chapter called "won't let me log in or change my password." But I think I wrote that quite a while ago and I'll be honest I don't remember all the details. I also don't remember my password so there's that.

I have made a chapter on this issue but recently about 4 people have messaged me that they are having issues.

People are unable to log into their account and could loose their account from this occurring. It sometimes even says user not found. The only solution I know of comes from baekhyunnieintheair who commented what they did in that chapter quite some time ago.

I also recently got another solution offered up by HunnyPiper and fluff_writer_ , though sadly it might not work for everyone cause it once again involves that you need to be able to access your email and I know already that some people can not do that.

I do already know this will not work for everyone and I for example probably won't be able to find that verification email from a few years ago, so I wouldn't be able to do this solution. NyNy5459 already said they can't even access their email to try and use this solution. If anyone else has any solution(s) to this issue and could tell me, it'd be great for everyone experiencing this issue to know.

First to report the issue I must note that it sends to your email. So if you're having trouble with your email reporting this issue may be particularly difficult.

Here is how to report the issue:
1. Go to settings
2. Then scroll to help and options
3. Hit "submit a support ticket"
4. Hit "Issue isn't listed!"
5. Fill out the form.
6. Check email (I understand some people can not do that. I'm not sure if wattpad will still listen to the form reported if the person doesn't follow up with a email or not. But if you can check your email,) then reply with correct information about your issue, make it clear and to the point so it is easier for the crew to find out what's wrong and what to do.
7. You may get another email about rating the person who helped you, do whatever with that, it doesn't specifically involve the glitch so no biggie.
