Chapter 17: Built on Lies

- (Y/N)'s POV -

I'm currently waiting for Elsa to either come back from her adventure or somehow give me a message to help her. So right now I am just chilling near the village where everyone is currently residing and having fun. I smile at the sight before me. I walk past a nice flat rock and decided to  laying down on a rock, a blast of ice zooms by me landing in front of me.

The ice forms into a sculpture of a man killing another who was kneeling. I instantly recognized the uniform on the murderer as one from Arendelle. I then hear a deep toned voice from behind and I turn around to see who it was. It was Lt. Mattias and he was frowning at the sight before him.

Lt. Mattias: "So it's true... we attacked first..."

Me: "Why would he attack the People of the Sun out of the blue?"

Lt. Mattias: "I don't know. My men fought back thinking that they attacked us. What is going on here?"

Me: "What happened after the battle?"

Lt. Mattias: "The spirits stopped us before more were killed."

Why did the spirits stop the battle randomly? This seems awfully familiar to when they invaded Arendelle to get everyone out... wait a second! I grab the collar of the Lt. and he just looks at me confused.

Me: "Why was the dam built in the first place?"

Lt. Mattias: "It was given as a gift from us to them."

Me: "The dam protects Arendelle from being flooded... the spirits moved the citizens out into the mountains... oh my gawd."

LT. Mattias: "What?"

Me: "I think the dam wasn't a gift out of kindness like we thought. I believe the spirits know something we don't and they want us to destroy it because of it."

I release my grip from Lt. Mattias and turn around to look at the ground in thought. What if I am wrong? I just destroyed a perfectly good dam for no goddamn reason. 

Lt. Mattias: "I'll go talk to the others and see what they are thinking. Stay safe (Y/N)."

I thank him and I suddenly felt a tug on my shirt. I turn around to see leaves floating in front of me like before. I had strange feeling it's Gale and I had to make sure it was.

Me: "Gale?" I hear a whistle in response. "I don't know why I am going to ask you this but do you know if the dam should be destroyed?" Gale responds with a whistle again that sounded exactly like the one before so it's safe to say yes. "Then how am I going to take it down?"

Gale flies away in front of an Earth Giant and I just silently cry to myself because I know what he means.

Later...

Me: "Hey you knock offs of Rocky Balboa! Wake up or I will have to go full Apollo Creed on ya!" They don't budge or move a muscle so I pick up a coincidental rock near my feet. "Hope this works." 

I chuck the rock as far as I can which sent it flying. It then did a huge drop and barely hit the foot of the rock giants. The rock giant looks up and it immediately sees me. It gets up and starts stomping towards me but trips on his fellow rock giant. They both trample over each other and eventually started walking towards me again.

Me: "Yeah your eyes are on me. Now keep chasing me!"

I run through the forests attempting to guide them towards the dam. The ground below me stopped shaking so I turn around to see what was going on and ducked just in time to dodge a flying rock... and many more. I began running again as rocks kept flying at me every second. Luckily they had terrible aim so I was able to get them at the dam before I was squashed.
