Chapter 16: True Love

- Elsa's POV -

I made it and I'm looking at past memories made out of my powers. I walk by Hans and Anna and I got slightly angry at the sight of it. I destroy Hans and continue past them where I see (Y/N) and I felt my heart warm once again.

I approach the memory and smile. A tear unexpectedly falls down my face. I touch (Y/N)'s arm and he started talking.

(Y/N): "And that lesson by Pabbie still sticks to me till this day. The quality of time is what matters. This is why I trust you, the little time we spent with each other, we let it all out. We didn't hold back our thoughts and made each other comfortable."

I then see myself appear in front of him.

Past Me: "You're right (Y/N). That's probably my reason too. Ever since you came here yesterday, you were nothing but kind to me, making me feel..."

I smile knowing how much (Y/N) has changed my life. What I told Honeymaren about how he has helped me so much since we first met is nothing but the truth. I continue walking and see (Y/N) on skates and I frown remembering what I said.

(Y/N): ""Elsa, will you go on a date with me? I've liked you since I first met you and I want to be there for you."

Past Me: "(Y/N)... I think you're a great guy and all, but I don't know. I don't want to make the same mistake as Anna and I hope you understand that. We've only known each other for a week, yes we had fun, but it could easily be a mirage. I am not saying I don't trust you because I do, I'm just saying that I don't know."

If only I knew what would happen between us, I would've said yes right away instead of just going on a date as friends.

(Y/N): "I get it, I do. Don't feel bad, everything takes time."

I smile at how his determination to get me to say yes to date was the reason why we got together. He's been nothing but supportive and sweet. I look past that memory and see our first date.

Past Me: "If you think it's not fair... get your own ice powers!"

Then I see a bunch of snowdrop on top of (Y/N). I laugh as I watch him pop out of the snow and just looking at me. I then see myself walking up to him and sticking my tongue at him.

Past Me: "You lose."

I then see a bunch of fireworks exploding and I quickly ran to see why. Once I got there I remember that at the end of the night on our first date, he had a whole firework show planned out.

(Y/N): "And that was the end of the night."

Past Me: "(Y/N)... You did this all for me...?"

(Y/N): "Well I did have help, I couldn't have pulled any of this off without their help. But yes, I did do this all for you."

I started to tear up. I look at my other me turning to (Y/N) wrapping her arm around his neck hugging him.

Past Me: "I haven't had this much fun in a long time... thank you (Y/N)..."

(Y/N): "Anything to make you happy."

I- I didn't know what to say. I forgot about some of these memories and it's making my face hotter every time I see another one. My heart was beating faster as I keep going. I look at the next one and I see what I believe was our first kiss.

(Y/N) threw his sword and picked me up. He then forcefully kissed me deeply which I didn't mind. I then hear my light moans through the kisses which completely flushed my face. 

I continued to watch as we kissed which made me cry. Not because I'm sad but because how lucky I am. No words can express how he makes me feel.

Past Me: "I love you (Y/N)."

I turn around and see (Y/N) and I in each other's arms.

(Y/N): "I love you too."

I smile.

Honeymaren: "Well if you love him, then you would do anything to stay with him correct?"

I look at where Honeymaren's voice was coming from and I spot us sitting down next to each other.

Honeymaren: "So when you feel ready- sorry, when you both feel ready, express how much you love each other to the public. I'm sure everyone in Arendelle would accept you guys."

I nod to myself rmly. 

When we get back, we will announce our relationship to the public. I love (Y/N) and nothing can change that. I want to be by his side forever.

I continue walking and I spot my parents next to a tree in each other's arms.
