Part 11: No Good Deed Goes Unpunished

It had been weeks since the incident and you and done your best to cover it all up. It had taken you a while since you made sure to do things as legitimately as possible. Though you had yet to visit the crime scene, you had already made the area inaccessible to the public.

"Damn. Why was Sebas there?" Your first instinct was to ask Ainz if he knew of Sebas' whereabouts.

"Stay here Regina. I'll be back shortly." Your tone was curt and direct, causing her to simply nod nervously in response. In a flash of light, you disappeared, leaving Malmvist agape in surprise.

"Well? Get out of my sight!" Regina growled with venom in her words.

"Yes. Sorry." He bows, nearly succumbing to his fear and buckling entirely. It takes all he has in him to leave the room as he tries his best to hold himself together. You shimmered into existance in front of the throne of Ainz Ool Gown. Momonga sat with a pensive look aimed your way. He could tell something was clearly wrong with you as you glared at the boney wizard.

"Is Sebas there on your orders?" You asked directly, catching the skeletal sorcerer off guard.

"In Re Estize?" He asked with a tilt of his head. You nodded prompting Ainz to let our a low hum.

"Well I suppose you could say that." He said with a shrug. You gritted your teeth as you stepped towards him, losing the gap between you significantly.

"You seem awfully nonchalant about this. Does my obvious agitation amuse you?" You chided with an intense gaze. He held up a hand apologetically.

"No no. There seems to be a misunderstanding. Did something happen?" You take a moment to digest what he just said. Based on your understanding, it seemed while Sevas was there on Ainz's orders, his actions may have been out of line.

"Yes. There was an incident." You proceeded to inform Ainz on the recent attack as he stroked his chin in thought.

"I see. So it seems Sebas had chosen to act of his own volition." You nodded I agreement and turned from Ainz.

"Pardon my outburst. I'll take care of Sebas. Ensure he hasn't gone rogue." You waved to Ainz before dissipating. Ainz stood and grabbed the staff on Ainz Ool Gown.

"That was rather tense. I feared we may have ended up fighting....hm." His thoughts trailed off as he began walking down a nearby corridor.

You arrived back in your room at the Six Arms base and noticed it had been vacated entirely. You glanced back at the bed remembering the tender moment you had shared with Regina and seemed to get lost in thought for a moment. Her luscious red hair, her smooth caramel skin, and those plump kissable lips... You had to physically slap your face to get your mind back on track as the those thoughts fluttered away being replaced with one solitary goal. Find Sebas. You decided to take a stroll through the city in the hope you could spot him yourself. While you walked, you began going over the many reasons the butler could have had to do what he did. Perhaps he was mind controlled? Perhaps he simply saw an injustice and tried to correct it, not realizing it was now under your "ownership". While you certainly would have done the same yourself if you had come across a sodden scene in the brothel, you would have made sure to clean up afterwards to prevent news from spreading. Sebas took no such precautions. You eventually arrived at the brothel having not spotted Sebas anywhere on your journey. The place was left in shambles. Blood stained the walls and bodies of dilapidated men decorated the floor.

"Quite a job you did here Sebas..." you muttered as you waded through the death and destruction. You continued looking around until you felt a pair of eyes fall upon you. Without warning, a kick flew by your head and into the wall beside you. You caught a glimpse of a stocking clad leg and immediately recognized the uniform. You turned just in time to see Solution aiming another strike at your head. You simply stopped the strike with your palm and grabbed her by the chin, pulling her closer.
