Felix looked at himself in the mirror and was satisfied with his outfit. He quickly used a blow-dryer and styled his hair. then he brushed his teeth and applied a light amount of makeup. He finished getting ready and scurried out of the bathroom and back into his room. The Aussie quickly grabbed his school bag and made sure he had everything he needed before leaving his large room and heading downstairs.

"Happy birthday, Yongbokie!" His mother greeted him with a hug. "Mom, stop calling me that." He whined. "Oh, you love it. Anyway, how's the birthday boy feeling this fine morning?" She asked. Felix ignored her remark. "I'm nervous. What if my soulmate doesn't like me?" He said worriedly. "I don't think anyone can dislike you, son. I wouldn't worry too much." She reassured, placing her hand on his shoulder. "Now, come on. It's time to eat!" 

Felix still felt a little nervous, but the thought of food took his mind off of it. He quickly followed her into the dining room. Rachel, Olivia and Felix's dad were already seated. The short male shuffled to his chair and sat down. The five of them ate and conversed about random subjects and Felix's birthday, of course. The said male ate very fast, as he was very hungry and nervous. He didn't leave even a little of food on his plate. He excused himself and brought his dishes into the kitchen.

"I'm gonna head out now!" He shouted as he made his way to the front door. "Okay, Felix! You have a great day!" His mom yelled from the dining room. His father along with Rachel and Olivia said bye as well. He quickly slipped his shoes on and headed out the door. It was quite strange for him that he wasn't walking with Jisung. But he knew he'd be able to see him later. Plus, he still had Chan and Jeongin at school.

Before he knew it, he arrived at the bus stop. He waited quietly for the bus to show up, something that didn't happen often. He and Jisung were usually very loud. Soon the bus arrived, and he anxiously entered the bus. The short male scurried to his seat and sat down. The bus drove off, and Felix was deep in his thoughts. He now understood why Jisung was so antsy yesterday. He wanted to take his mind off of everything and just relax, but as time went on he thought about it more and more.

The bus pulled into the school parking lot and stopped. Felix hesitantly stood up. He was cautious of everyone around him. Any moment now, he could meet his soulmate. The blonde made his way into the school, immediately spotting Chris. "Chris! Oh my god, I'm so nervous." He shouted out as he charged at the latter. "Happy birthday! Let me guess, soulmate business? I don't know why you guys always come to me to talk about it. I don't even have a soulmate." He joked, but Felix thought he was being serious.

The colour in his face vanished. "Shit, I'm sorry. I didn't even think of that." He sincerely apologized. Chan blinked. "It's okay, Felix. I was just joking. Not having a soulmate doesn't bother me." He explained, calming the younger down. "Okay, thank god." He sighed out in relief. "So, any guesses on who your soulmate could be?" He asked. Felix shook his head. "I have no clue. And that's why it's so nerve-wracking." 

"Hello, Hyungs! What are we talking about? And happy birthday, Felix Hyung!" A cheery Jeongin approached the two Aussies. "Felix here is stressed about meeting his soulmate." Chris explained to the younger. Jeongin's lips formed into an 'o' shape. Felix was about to say something before a loud thud interrupted him. The three turned to find the source of the sound.

It was Changbin. He had tripped over his own foot and dropped his things because he was too busy staring at the birthday boy to watch where he was going. Felix immediately rushed over to the raven-haired male. He gathered the older's things before helping him up. He handed his things back to him. "Are you okay? That sounded like it hurt." The Aussie asked, concerned. The shorter male's face was red.

"Yeah, I-I'm fine. Thank you, F-Felix." He stuttered, extremely embarrassed. "I-I gotta get going now. Thanks again." He bowed to the younger, confusing him. Jeongin and Chris watched the whole thing, dumbfounded. He walked back over to his friends who were looking at him weirdly. "What's wrong? Am I not allowed to help someone out?" He questioned. Chan shook his head. "It's not that. Look." He spoke, pointing down at Felix's hand. 

"Holy. Shit. Holy shit! Changbin Hyung is my soulmate?" Felix exclaimed as he stared down at his hand in disbelief. His string had connected to his soulmate, who just happened to be his crush. Jeongin just nodded in shock as well. "Does he know? Did he notice?" The Aussie questioned, panicking. "I don't think he did. He was too embarrassed and tried to leave as quickly as he could." Chris explained. "He also tripped because he was staring at you." 

Felix's eyes widened. "Are you sure? Maybe he was looking at something else?" He tried to make sense of what just happened. "Nope. I'm 200% positive he was staring at you. He was looking directly at you and couldn't look away." He told the younger. Felix couldn't believe what was happening. "This has to be a dream. There's no way this is real." 

"Oh, it's real, Hyung." Jeongin confirmed. "I have to tell Jisung right away!" He shouted, pulling his phone out of his pocket. He typed aggressively, making tons of typos and not bothering to correct them.
