"Have you heard? Han Jisung is coming back to Korea!" A fan posted on her online account after reportedly seeing him on the same flight as her. "He's wearing a white cap so be prepared when he arrives!"
Over the past 2 years, Jisung has had an extremely successful career in Japan, debuting as a solo artist and producer.
His fandom even reached other countries, including Korea.
Word has also gotten out that he used to study in JYPU.
It became very controversial at one point, but it didn't affect him or the school in any negative way.
"Hello? Mom? Why are you calling?"
"You're going home today?!"
"Yeah." Jisung took off his shades, continuing to read the book in his hand whilst talking to his mother on the phone.
"Are you at the airport already?!"
"I haven't even gotten on the plane yet."
"Do you want me to ask someone to drive you home?"
"I'm meeting up with Chan hyung after my flight."
"Working? Right after? Why? You should get some rest."
"I'll be home right after my meetings."
"Are you sure? Alright. Be safe!"
"I will."
The speaker turned on, announcing that his gate was open for boarding.
After showing his ticket, the flight attendant lead him to his seat. "Would you like a cup of coffee, or tea?"
He quickly flipped through the menu, "No, I'm alright."
She bowed before leaving to do something else.
He took his bag and brought out his laptop to do some work.
Before they took off, Jisung knew he had to call one last person. He couldn't help but break into a smile while dialing this familiar person's number.
"Hello?"
"..."
"No way.. Han Jisung?"
"It's been a while."
"Really? That's really you?! YOU BITCH THIS IS HOW YOU GREET ME?!"
Seungmin and Jisung lost touch almost a year and a half ago, when Jisung got too busy with his schedule.
"Yup."
"Why are you calling me so suddenly? Is everything okay there?"
"Everything is fine here."
"Hm? Then, do you need anything?"
"Can you keep a secret?" Jisung asked, scribbling something on a piece of paper.
"Of course. What is it?"
"I'm going back to Korea. Surprise?"
There was an obvious silence in the call, Jisung got worried. "Seungmin? Are you still there?"
"H-Huh? Oh, yeah. It's just that.."
"That..?"
"It's been so long since you've been here and, I really missed you."
"What is this? This sad, cringy feeling?"
"Shut up, you've gotten ruder since we lost touch. I'll need to knock some sense into you when we meet."
