Moving forward

I knew after my talk with my family about my mum's ex-boyfriend was going to be awkward I just didn't realise how much I guess when you were married for 1000 years it must be a bit odd when you find out that your wife moved on with somebody else but then again you shouldn't have cheated it's like around about you just go in circles but today was a new day Lucy and I are at school where we can just relax

I walked down the stairs to the kitchen "mum" she wasn't there which is very unusual she's always there first thing in the morning

" hey good morning " Lucy said looking at me "where is your mum she's always up before us"

"I don't know it's not like her it's quite concerning considering the bombshell that you dropped me in the other day"

"I need to tell her she had to know he was on his way that's even more awkward with her ex-husband here "

"I know I'm sorry I'm just concerned that's just go to school and try and forget at least for six hours or depending how long we can cope"

As I want to part 2 cups of coffee into a travel cups. When I saw a note telling me that she went for an early morning run by the beach, to have a good day not to worry. But how can I not worry she's my mum. As  we walked to the living room to get our bags my father and uncles were there

I could see my father and looking around "has anyone seen your mother "he said looking at me

" and she left a note in the kitchen she's gone for an early morning run by the beach, she does that sometimes not often but I think she just needs some time to breathe we're going to school now so I'll see you later"

Elijah looked at us and asked "before you both go do you know where Katherine or your father is" he said mainly looking at Lucy

"Well considering they haven't seen each other in a few weeks they will be in the bedroom for most of the day. thank God for this house been soundproof "she's had to grab in her bag and continue walking to the door

Looking at my dad" Don't worry about aunt K or uncle T they  will be down later but please make yourself at home there is still coffee in the kitchen. mum should be back later she just needs some time, we're going to be late so I'm gonna go by "I said as I quickly run to my car

After Lucy telling me that Jason was coming back to Monte Carlo it sent shockwaves through my body he is the second man that I've ever loved he was practically helped me raise Margot.

I knew that he needed to go home for his family and I wasn't angry about that I guess that I just assumed he'd come back quicker but he didn't and don't know if I'm ready to start a relationship again because right now I have two men from the past coming back to haunt me.

I don't know how I'm going to cope with that but my priority is Margot to making sure that she is happy and provided for is nothing in this world that I love more than my daughter and I will not let Jason or klaus mess with my head all my daughters

After hearing Margot said I couldn't help but feel responsible I hope she doesn't feel trapped in her own house by me and my family, I would like to talk to her explain that I'm not angry but she moved on especially considering. what I did to her but I think there's more to the story than just an ex-boyfriend

she looked at me down the eyes I could see the anger in them but it wasn't about my and her past it was about the pain that I caused Zoella and Margot

I looked at him "thank you I don't think we have a chance to be introduced and Klaus Mikaelson" I let out my hand so he could shake it

As I was about to ask him a question there was a knock at the door Katherine was the first one to move to answer. it when the door up and she looked shocked but also slightly happy
