I drew Bill Cipher in a new little style. It's from a good anime called "Panty and Stocking." It's some good shit. Anyways, I tried to draw Bill in my other style and it ain't work out. Bill Cipher is a cartoon character, so I had to find a decently cartoony style to draw him in. And I might experiment more with the style. It was fun drawing him like this. Lemme know what you guys think of Billie Boi here!
