"oh my god you're up" i said seeing jakia wake up once she looked at me her eyes started to water

"jakia bae what's wrong" i asked running over to her bed side

"honestly janae.." jakia started saying before she started crying

"talk to me jakia" i said getting said because of how sad she was

"when i well we lost jay it's like i lost everything like i lost myself that was my other half literally nae i was hurt then when you said those things to me it hurted me even more that's when i started back cutting myself then today i was with one of the guys i be with and another one came and we got into an argument and he started talking about dad and jay and how much of a disappointment i was" she said

"okay so first im really sorry for what i said i didn't really mean it but it's like your attitude and the way you was acting just made me mad and i was speaking off of how my emotions had me feeling in the moment and baby you was never a disappointment we all make mistakes" i said

"also what you mean started back cutting yourself" i asked her

"well when i was in the 8th grade i used to get picked on about my clothes and they would just pick with me about different things sometimes they would just mess with me for no reason one day they texted me telling me i should die so i went into the bathroom and cut my arms up" she said getting emotional

"that's so dumb on your end why the fuck you care what other people saying bout you" i said getting upset

"see janae this is why i don't like telling you things you're words always come out so harsh and only makes the situation worse" she said

"okay okay im sorry but how come i didn't know about this" i asked

"i literally just told you why and also because i told jay not to tell you about it because of how you were" she said

"damnn" i said more to myself as the doctors came inside

"hello ms.daniels so here's what's gonna happen when you leave here tmr" the doctor said as jakia nodded

"so we are gonna have you at the mental health center for a month" he said

"a who ? a what ?" jakia asked

"jakia please" i said looking at her

"bro i don't wanna go there im fine im not crazy just going through something rn" she said

"janae just let him finish" i said as she rolled her eyes

"so yea the mental health center for a month maybe longer if needed and we prescribed you some pills to help with the depression also when we looked over your test your um pregnancy test came back positive" he said

"pregnant" i asked kinda disappointed

i mean i kinda knew she was having sex but raw come on now jakia

"im not pregnant i wanna take another one" jakia said

"um okay then imma need you to pee in the cup imma have the nurse bring to you" the doctor said
