Virgo's POV
"What do we have next?" Gem asked me. We were sitting at 'our' lunch table in our free period. "I have English and you have media," I answered.
"So what type of teacher do you want to be?"
"Um... geography I guess, why?"
"You never seem... obsessed with it," she answered, sipping her Starbucks iced latte (I don't know coffee I've never been to Starbucks and I don't like it).
"There's a lot you don't know about me," I said tensely.
"You tuck your hair behind your ear when you're nervous, you look at Leo when you're scared and at me, pi or Libra when you witness a 'couple' moment. You also go running five times a week at 5am," she said.
"How..?" I asked weakly.
"Leo likes you a lot," she flashed a grin. I felt my face heat up.
"Sorry I am late. Howdy y'all," Sagittarius oomphed down into the seat next to mine.
"You're not American Sag," I rolled my eyes.
"Someone's touchy, Leo droning to you too Gem?" He teased.
I flushed again. "He does that with everyone?"
"Not Scorpio or Pisces, He's scared of them, I don't think he drones to Aqua or Cap either actually," he answered.
"He's preparing for the ILYs," gemi said nonchalantly. I dropped my yoghurt spoon.
"Oh that is something I'm not supposed to say. Okay," gem smirked and went back to her coffee.
"We haven't been dating too long- oh my god- no v, do not have a panic attack," I whispered to myself.
I felt an arm wrap around my shoulders.
"Hey V. You okay?"
I leaned into my boyfriend and closed my eyes. "Yeah. Yeah don't worry," I answered.
"Okay. C'mon Sag, we have politics," he kissed my cheek and then walked away again, Sag following.
"Politics? Leo?" Gem raised an eyebrow.
"He wants to know the politics and understand them, he wants to be a famous race car driver and doesn't want to mess any speeches or offend anyone," I shrugged.
"Okaaaay... so I know Pisces would probably want to talk to you about this, buuuut... do you love him too?" She leaned over to look in my eyes.
"Okay, first of all, you're creeping me out, and second of all, this is a best friend conversation and I don't see Pisces," I crossed my arms. Gem sighed dramatically."V can you help me? I don't know which way is west!" Taurus piped up. We were sat in the living room, doing homework. I made sure. "Yeah come over here," I beckoned him over. I couldn't really move as Leo's legs were over mine. Taurus crawled over from where he was sat on the floor with Aquarius and Libra to the spot in front of me on the floor. "Okay. First, never eat shredded weat, it always goes in this direction," I pointing to the compass on his homework sheet.
"We have our career thingies in two weeks," Aquarius chirped.
"Coincidentally, the same day I leave. Thanks aqua," Scorpio said sarcastically. Capricorn elbowed his shoulder.
"Well I'm looking forward for the career thingy, but not you leaving scorp," Leo assured the soldier.
"How come?" Aries asked.
"Well I get to find someone who would want me to represent them which is a big deal, and could change my career," he said.
"I'm going to an aquarium. I win," Pisces stuck her tongue out at him. "So there,"
"Nooo I get to see if I get signed to a basketball team, I definitely win," Taurus argued.
"Oh here we go," I sighed, rubbing my head.
"I'm meeting with an agent to help with my acting career! I could be in an advert! That's better so I win!" Libra glared.
"We get to go to a film studios in London," the twins said.
"Okay shut up! Right now!" I shouted. They looked at me.
"I don't want to hear who's going where because it means that we'll grow apart and probably go to different countries! And Scorp is leaving for two years! I want to enjoy this moment because we're here together!" I crossed my arms huffily."Hey, are you okay?" Sag asked as I stirred the cheese sauce for our dinner.
"Yeah I'm fine. I just.. don't want to grow up I guess," I sighed.
"Yeah. It's fun being a kid, no mortgages, no taxes, but when we're adults we're gonna be free. After college we don't have to go back to the places where we grew up. And there's no way any of us will let each other drift apart. No way," he assured me.
"Well Libra, Taur, the twins and Leo are going to be travelling a lot. We're gonna lose touch," I made a violent stirring motion with the whisk and got some hot cheese sauce on Sagi's uncovered arm. He hissed.
"Can turn on the cold water!" I shouted as I yanked sag's other arm towards the rap where cancer was, cleaning up the pasta pan.
"Oh! Yeah!" She drained the sink and spun the tap to cold.
"You're such a klutz sag," she tutted.
"Virgo's fault," he muttered.
"Sorry! Sorry!" I cried. "I didn't mean to!"
"Yeah I know," he flashed a grin.
"Okay let's continue dinner. You'll be fine Sag, it's just a mild burn," cancer ushered me away from Sagittarius and the sink.
