[name] woke up and sat up immediately. she stared into space before laying back into her futon.
the door suddenly opened to reveal chihiro. "we're going now! get ready!" she yelled and did the same thing she does every morning, slam the door shut.
"comet tiamat has been visible to the naked eye for a few days now. when and where can it be seen?" a female voice came from the tv. "comet tiamat is moving from east to west as if to follow the sun. so it can be seen above venus..."

the sound of bird chirping rang everywhere in the forest. "grandma, why is the body of our shrine's god so far away?" chihiro complained.
"i don't know because of mayugoro." hitoha replied. "who's that?" [name] whispered to her sister. chihiro looked at the person beside her as if she have grown nuts. "what? he's famous!"
[name] stared at her grandmother for a moment before she smiled. she ran in front of granny and crouched, signalling for the elder to climb. [name] dropped her backpack to the ground, to which chihiro retrieved it. "here, grandma."
hitoha climbed the back of [name]. the younger female slowly stood up, only to nearly fall to the ground. "whoa, onee-chan." chihiro squeaked.
sweat formed on the face of [name] as she carried her grandmother. "[na]ame chihiro," granny began, grabbing the attention of her two lovely granddaughters.
"do you know musubi?" she asked. "musubi?" [name] repeated the foreign word.
"musubi is the old way of calling the local guardian god. the word has profound meaning."
