LITTLE THINGS ; one direction

"Do you know how hard it is to get paint out of hair?" Daniel asked, frustrated as he turned to his teasing friends. "Very hard, thank you!"

"Oh, come on." Jack chuckled, shoving Daniel's shoulder lightly. "It's almost gone, don't be all cranky."

"I will hit you." Daniel threatened, raising a hand up and glaring at him.

"I wouldn't doubt it, grouch." Jack squealed a moment later, dodging Daniel's hand as he reached across the lunch table, attempting to smack Jack.

"Why are the kids fighting?" Corbyn questioned, placing his tray down and sitting beside Daniel.

Corbyn glanced at him with a small smile, Daniel feeling his annoyance with Jack fall apart in his hands. He smiled back, turning to Jack with a look when he heard him huff out a laugh.

"Jack was annoying Daniel." Zach shrugged, taking a bite out of his sandwich. "What else is new?"

"Hey!" Jack and Daniel let out at the same time, staring at each other. "Stop!" They said again, Daniel feeling his lips twitch in amusement.

"Anyways," Jack began, pushing down his laughter that built up. "we do not fight that much."

"Yes you do." Corbyn confirmed, "And I haven't even been around that long."

Daniel pouted, leaning into his hand. "If you knew Jack as long as I have, you'd fight with his annoying ass too."

"Hey!" Jack said again, kicking Daniel under the table. "You love me, don't deny it."

"Whatever, loser." Daniel snorted, kicking him back with a grin.

"Hey, is that Jonah?" Corbyn suddenly asked, pointing towards the lunchroom doors.

The other three glanced over, Zach squealing at the sight while the others simply watched on, eyes wide and minds confused.

Jonah walked with Tate Dahl over to the table she sat at with her friends, smiling as she leaned up and pressed a kiss to his cheek.

Daniel raised an eyebrow as Jonah made his way over, not seeming to notice their stares as he sat down on the other side of Zach with a happy sigh.

"Dude, what the fuck." Jack laughed out, his volume increasing when Jonah looked confused.

"I wonder whose lips those belong to, Jo." Daniel stifled his laughter, pointing to the red lips stained on his skin.

"I don't kiss and tell." Jonah said smugly, despite that being the biggest lie—especially since they'd all watched the scene play out where Tate had kissed him.

"Well, it's certainly not Eben. That is, if he didn't start wearing lipstick anytime soon." Daniel's words only made Jack's laughter start up again, the others joining in.

Jonah flushed pink, rolling his eyes. "Eben can suck my dick." He paused as Zach coughed awkwardly, "Okay, not literally. Besides, he won't be able to get on his knees for me if that bitch on the cheer team is already on her's for him."
