You entered a new room filled with people that looked like trained soldiers. Each one was clad in glistening ebony armor. Most had the same side arm of a traditional european short sword. To an average individual, this display would be enough to send you running for the hills. You however, were far from average. You confidently stepped into the light, revealing yourself to all present. Many of the men were confused and simply drew their blades in a defensive manner. The only person who seemed calm about your entrance was a slender woman with beautiful caramel skin who idly toyed with a scimitar in her left hand.
"I should have known Davenoch would fall. He always was a bit prideful for my tastes." She said as she approached you in an almost sensual manner. Her hips swayed seductively as she gently licked the sharp end of her blade.
"Still, I suppose I can't let you live after killing one of my fellow Six Arms members." You held up a hand and tightened it into a fist which caused one of the soldiers to fly towards your hand. You released your fist and gripped the man by the throat as he fruitlessly struggled.
"Or perhaps there is another way?" You asked as you simply squeezed the life out of the man and dropped him to the floor in a show of power and brutality. The woman took a step back, indicating her apprehension, but more importantly, that you had already won. In a situation of great tension, the first to falter always loses, no matter how slight the faltering may be.
"W-what do you mean?" She said lowering her gaze to no longer meet yours. You kicked the man out of the way as you approached the veiled woman.
"Edstrom of the Dancing Scimitar. I must say, you're even more beautiful than the rumors say." You grabbed the scimitar from her hand and snapped the blade with ease.
"Do I need to take more lives today, or can we talk like adults?" You said as you brought a hand under her chin, forcing her eyes to meet yours. Though you had regained your physical appearance after your previous fight, you made sure that instead of seeing your usual kind eyes, she was instead staring into what looked like two voids that bored into her soul. Confidence was key when executing a hostile take over, and your confidence had melted the tough facade this female warrior had most likely created to repel such behavior.
"I...suppose we can negotiate." The soldiers in her vicinity were visibly shaken by her submissive response. You released her and let her lead the way. She turned from you and adjusted her veil before leading you to a door on the other side of the room. Once inside, the door closed tightly behind you. You found yourself in a room with a large table. Seated around it were two other warriors, one with a rapier and one with a whip like blade hanging from his hip.
"What are you doing Edstrom?" The rapier warrior asked in surprise as he took note of her sheepish body language.
"We've agreed to negotiate." She says as she takes a seat at the table. You make your way to an empty seat but are stopped by the man with the whip blade. He draws his weapon and shows off a bit with a flurry of precise strikes that whip around you.
"That seat belongs to Zero. Just because she has chosen to negotiate doesnt mean we all have." He then pressed his whip blade to your throat which prompted a sigh from you.
"3." You had only said a single number, yet there was a sense of disappointment as well as annoyance in your tone. Your hands rested in your pockets and seemed to remain there, but to the highly trained eye, it was clear what had happened. In the blink of an eye, you had removed your left hand from your pocket and swiped at the armored mans head. It came off cleanly as though it had been sliced with an incredibly sharp blade. Though he had been speaking with such insolence prior, he was now unable to speak entirely as his vision faded. His last view being a geyser of blood erupting from his body. The man with the rapier stood suddenly and drew his blade. His wrist was shaking as he was clearly incapable of hiding his fear.
