A villain, as in a VILLAIN.

The character despised by all, also me who happened to read this novel.

The novel which is titled 'Go Shine, Nikki' is a typical Cinderella story which was set in Celis Country, I came across the day when I felt especially boring.

According to the story, Celis Country is a 1st world country which should be similar to Europe as described by the author, it also has a medieval-like setting but somewhat different. And is one of the richest and powerful country in the world.

As a maiden, I somehow dream to be in such love story however, god must be really playing with me.

Nikki is, of course, a commoner who was able to get in Lassier through special admission and she happens to caught the interest and love of our beloved male lead named Giovanni.

Giovanni Lomiere, is the noble among nobles, pure descendant of a royal family who established the country, the man who lived in a life full of blessings.

The eldest son and the rightful Heir of the country's richest family, in short the mister perfect.

In other words, too fictional.

And as a villainess, I happened to be the catalyst of their strong love for each other.

Bettina Reinhart, the eldest daughter of Reinhart family which considered one of the most powerful and wealthiest family in the country.

In other words, a rich spoiled lady of a powerful household.

Designed as someone who give highlights to the leads' romance..

Uh, you should know what's next.

And because of that, Giovanni was angered to death that he did everything in his power to crush me.

My family, on the other hand, eversince mother gave birth to a baby brother when this novel's Bettina was 8 years old, they started to somehow neglect the 8 years old Bettina.

And when Giovanni who did everything to crush Bettina, it greatly affect Bettina's reputation and marriage prospects that made her become useless.

In order to not tarnish the Reinharts, Bettina's family decided to send their daughter in a far away, desolate place, as a commoner.

Commoner would be too good to term Bettina's poor condition in that place.

It was so poor that even me who grew up as a commoner would have a hard time, for real.

And because of such condition, Bettina tried hanging herself but was fortunately saved by a couple.

But that fortunate event was actually  an unfortunate one when the couple who saved her was actally wanted persons who illegally sells organs in the black market and Bettina met her end.

Though Bettina's parents felt regretful for turning their backs on ther precious daughter but because they were pressured by Giovanni to crush their company they were left with no choice.

This was the part of the story that I felt very angry towards the coward parents of Bettina and somehow pity her.

Ugh.

Why?!

Well, since I am aware of the possible outcome of my life..

Then let's do our best to get rich and avoid the leads.

As it should be.

Like who would want that kind of end if you already know it right?

"Lady Bettina, I heard that you were invited to be a part of Haute Monde. "

"Of course! With Lady Bettina's social standing, it's no surprise to be invited in such prestigious group for people"

"Heee, must be great. As expected of Lady Bettina"

Surprisingly, after the tour, a senior from Highschool department, who introduced herself as the Haute Monde's President, together with her companions gave me a golden envelope with a crest on it.

I didn't know what to say so I just took it without second thoughts.

Uh. Should I tell Mother about this?

And so it happens.

Once I got home and inform Mother about this..

"It is, of course, to be expected. You are a Reinhart after all, dear Betti"

Somehow, for the first time since I was born, the word 'dear' doesn't sound so pleasing at all.

Because of this, I took the effort to know what's the significance of this group.

And according to my past life's memory, Haute Monde literally means high society in French.

(Note: Haute Monde is a french word pronounced as ōt-ˈmänd, meaning high society)

Mother and Father was part of it, which made me pureblood.

The group consists of nobles and it is said to be the most previledged students in Lassier.

Having their own garden, tea house and cafeteria.

It is the home of rich spoiled brats to be exact.

This was the group where the Villainess reign.

The male lead and his closest friends were also part of this group.

The Villainess took the opportunity to be close with Giovanni but it was all futile.

Due to her persistence which was really annoying, Giovanni hated Bettina.

Until they turned highschool and Nikki arrived.

And as expected, Giovanni gave special attention towards Nikki which made Bettina lost all her sanity.

Bettina took the initiative to make herself the president after the President graduated and used the group's might to pressure Nikki.

So to sum it up, I came up with the decision to never ever approach Giovanni and never ever be the group's president.

*****

The day of school began and since the manga starts at when Nikki arrived at Lassier, I dont have the slightest idea as for how the villainess live her life.

In other words, I still have 11 years to save money.

As a student in Lassier and a part of Haute Monde, I have atleast thousands of dollars for my monthly allowance which made no sense at all for a primary student like me.

Like, how am I supposed to spend all of that?

As I recall, me in my past life barely had at least 100 dollars a month. And it can fit for all the needs I have to buy considering the modern era where I came from and how expensive it was.

Since everything is paid here in Lassier upon admission, everything here are free.

And for Haute Monde which had a quarterly contribution of thousands of dollars for each student, everything to be used and consume there is all free.

Thinking about the 0s in there, my head felt a little dizzy.

Is this how the high society use their money for pleasure?

And by that, I decided to just use atleast 100-150 dollars out of my allowance and the rest can be put aside for the future.
