Chapter 11: Into the Unknown

- (Y/N)'s POV -

A year has passed since Dwayne's visit and I am yet again staring out my window trying to sleep. I began reminiscing on the fact that Elsa and I have been secretly dating for a year now, scared for what may happen if word got out. The fact that Master Shifu has a pupil that wants to kill me doesn't help. 

People have asked Elsa and I and I never confirmed it for them so they are just rumors to everyone else. Yesterday the council even asked and Elsa outright denied their claims claiming that she considers me more than her guardian and more as a friend. She's been very supportive with everything that's been going on with Dwayne, her duties as Queen, and us.

I toss and turn in my bed trying desperately to get some sleep. I gave up after a minute and got up from my bed. I leave my room to just wander around in the halls thinking of where to go, Elsa's room perhaps? It wouldn't be out of the ordinary, couple times a week one of us would go to the other's room and sleep with them. I walked for a few minutes towards Elsa's room and hear someone singing close by.

???: "Everyone I've ever loved is here within these walls..."

I stop moving to hear who's voice it is and I immediately knew it was Elsa's. Her soothing voice is constantly singing with her sister.

Elsa: "I'm sorry, secret siren, but I'm blocking out your calls." I decided to follow Elsa to see if she alright, plus her singing is enchanting and I love hearing it. I'll just stay out of sight because I want her to finish. "I've had my adventure, I don't need something new. I'm afraid of what I'm risking if I follow you. Into the unknoooooooown! Into the unknoooooooooooown! Into the unknoooooooooooooooooooooooown! What do you want? 'Cause you've been keeping me awake. Are you here to distract me, so I make a big mistake? Or are you someone out there who's a little bit like me? Who knows deep down I'm not where I'm meant to be....? Every day's a little harder, as I feel my power grow. Don't you know there's part of me that longs to go." Elsa exits the castle goes outside. I follow after her and I find a good spot to sit down and listen. Honestly I have no clue whats going on here but I hope she explains after she is done. She begins using her powers and its truly mesmerizing. "Into the unknooooooooown! Into the unknooooooooooown! Into the unknoooooooooooooown! Are you out there? Do you know me? Can you feel me? Can you show me? oohhhhhh! ohhhhhhhh! ohhhhhhh! oooooohhhhh! oooooooh! Where are you going don't leave me alone. How do I follow yooooou. Into the unknooooooooooown?" 

Then Elsa released crystals of ice everywhere to my shock. Luckily none of them stabbed me or anything. Just as they appeared, they suddenly came all crashing down. I shielded my eyes to prevent myself from going blind and luckily I came out with a couple of scratches.

Me: "Elsa!"

As I scream out Elsa's name, everything just became dark. The fire went out, I heard panicking from the town, and the water seemed a little off. Elsa turns to me and runs towards me.

Elsa: "(Y/N)! Are you alright?"

Me: "I'm fine, are you alright?"

She nods and we continue to hear panic from the village. Then a sudden gust of wind started blowing into the direction of the mountain. I looked at Elsa and she signaled that we should head back into the castle walls. Once we get into the walls, we hide behind it to avoid the wind.

Elsa: "The air rages, no fire, no water.... the earth is next! We have to get out!"

Me: "Wait what?" Elsa turns to me in worry.

Elsa: "Trust me!" I bring my hands up to Elsa's head and kissed her on the forehead and smiled. She placed her hands on mine as we stared into each other's eyes.
